My A/C hasn’t been working for two days. I called another company to have someone come out and never got a call back. This company had a technician out to me within 30 minutes. My technician Blake was very informative and nice. Gave me lots of good pointers since I’m a new home owner. Thank you Blake!

Blake was our tech. Very courteous and professional sharing all the stuff happening with the clogged drains. Halfway done the house cooled off by three degrees. Will post another review on 30 days to confirm all is well.

Blake came out and did a phenomenal job. We are so happy with This company. He showed me everything that was going on with our AC systems and explained all of our options. We are replacing our AC systems with them. I never thought this process could be so painless. All thanks to Blake!

Aaron was the technician that repaired my air conditioner. He was very respectful. He was very knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what he was doing and did it expeditiously. He is an excellent technician.

Jorge was our tech answering a general maintenance call. He relayed news that we needed to replace our system. He took time to go through all options and allowed us time to do our own checkups and was very accommodating to our schedules. When it came time for install, Daniel and Tony were phenomenal. They were quick, clean, and polite - taking/making time for explanations and questions. All of this made the difficulty of absorbing the cost much easier. Certainly money well spent.

Water leaking from ceiling from A/C drip pan on a late Saturday afternoon. Quick response from provider and the technician Blake Vallee came out and took care of the issue that day. He was professional and explained what was going on. He fixed the issue and the A/C is running great! We will be using them to maintenance our system. Thank you Blake and thank you to the young lady who took our call for help because she was very nice too!

Blake came out and did a fantastic job on our maintenance. He found a potential future problem and was able to save us froma break doen. We are happy to be apart of the membership program.

I had service done by another ac tech and he charged 271 to put in a starter,the fan still wouldn't turn (due to a palm fron getting caught up in there causing a high sqeeking noise) he said it would cost 767 for a new fan motor and that my compressor was already shot and would cost 3000 to purchase a new AC for 10,000 $ really pushing to just get new AC.I called American home services and Blake came out and immediately started to maneuver the fan blade to try and get it unstuck he was successful and we are so grateful 🙏 to this wonderful tech he also explained everything we needed to do purchase a new AC and really eased our minds of cost and getting things done correctly.Hes a honest and trustworthy person,I will definitely go with this company and him for my next new AC.
