I recently purchased my home and I called around looking for a reputable company to come out and look over the AC unit that I had. I called and they sent a technician out, he was thorough and patient. He explained every detail of the unit to me and was able to show me what I had going on, rather than just tell me. We went over options for repair but I chose to go with a replacement unit to ensure that I was getting my moneys worth. The new unit was installed the next day, and it has been WONDERFUL! Dalton was truly a pleasure to work with, as well as the 2 gentlemen that came to install the new equipment. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

The technician, Dalton, was on time and very knowledgable. He was able to tell me a lot about my unit and explain everything to me. Their price was much more fair than those that I've paid in the past. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

Dalton Goldhammer was the service guy that came out to my house to repair our ac. He was on time and very professional and he did a great job fixing our ac unit in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these guys especially dalton Goldhammer.

I called All American on Friday morning to get someone out to look at my AC unit. I was happily surprised that they would be sending someone out to look at it later that afternoon. Just before my appointment, Dalton reached out to me stating that the technician who was supposed to come, had to go home sick. Dalton said he would have someone come out at 9am on Saturday morning, and he would be waving the weekend emergency fee which I thought was absolutely amazing, and above and beyond what any company would do.

Saturday morning rolls around and I end up waiting until noon with no call from a technician. I call the dispatcher who reaches out to a technician who claims he would be at my place in 45 minutes. After waiting until 2pm, no one still came by my home. I cannot under any circumstances recommend this company to anyone.

I had a an appointment scheduled between 10-2. Nobody showed up and when I called at 2pm to get an ETA, I was told they’d be in touch very soon. However, no one ever called. Terrible service and unprofessional

Dalton came out and serviced my unit, he was very professional and prompt. I will definitely be using this company again.
