Hands down the BEST ac service I've had to date. Todd came out at 8pm and fixed it all. I was sitting in 90 degrees all day waiting for another company to not show up. My friend recommended Todd, so I called and he came right away after he had already gone home for the day. Thanks Mel for the recommendation, and thanks Todd for your knowledge and explanation. I am so grateful. Coast 2 coast ac...know it, learn it, call it! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give!

AC install was expertly and professionally completed. Matt and his team made this as pleasant an experience as one could expect. They arrived right on schedule and by the middle of the afternoon the new unit was up and running. The owner, Todd was also on and off site and was available to address any questions and provide any explanations as to the install process. The whole team was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The were very diligent about respecting my property and house and went above and beyond to keep everything neat, tidy, and clean. Matt was the point person and you couldn’t ask for a better person to execute and manage the installation.

This is my second time using Coast 2 Coast. They were able to come out and resolve my AC issue quickly. Matt is very informative and gave me insight on my current unit and how to best keep my house cool with recommendations when I do need a new unit.

Coast to Coast Air was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. The employees are polite and worked the whole time they were here. I am extremely impressed with their service and the products they use.

These guys are the real deal when it comes to HVAC! So many times with these installations you pay a premium and get half-hearted efforts, but that is NOT the case with Coast 2 Coast. They were quick to respond and listened carefully to my concerns. We ended up deciding to replace the system on a Thursday and they secured the equipment the same day and got it installed and operational the following Tuesday. We probably got lucky that the Trane warehouse had what we needed, but these guys made it happen, including getting a crane on-site!

They cleaned up the site, send me photos of the work, and made recommendations to keep the surrounding units in good working order.

Todd and his team are honest, professional, knowledgeable, on time, courteous & friendly. And you won't find a better deal! Todd came to my home as I woke up with no A/C. He was able to get the fan to work which at least helped while he searched for the 2 parts that failed in my A/C system which was installed in 1997 and old. One of the two parts needed for repair was no longer in production so he gave me info and options. While talking with Todd he informed me that the R22 A/C system is being phased out and is pretty much obsolete. It didn't make sense for me to spend money on an inefficient, unreliable, discontinued system. The new style which they refer to as a 410 system is more efficient, cheaper to maintain/repair and parts are available if needed however with Todd's help I chose a complete new Trane system and even went to a bigger unit than I previously had. It has a 10 year warranty so I won't be needing Todd & his crew for a long time except for routine cleaning & maintenance of the system. Super happy I got a great deal and I am not just talking price, these guys are great and are my A/C team for life!

Worked with me over the phone late Saturday afternoon on a very warm weekend to get my HVAC system up and running.
