I had Todd come by my house to check out the duct work. My home is 26yrs old and I was having some reservations about the efficiency of my a/c duct in the attic. He took a look, promptly emailed me an estimate and a price I could work with. We scheduled a cooler day for them to come out. Excellent service from start to finish. The technicians came out to look over unit and I already knew it was fried- so we decided to get a new one installed. Coast 2 Coast had a fair and competitive quote(I had 2 other companies come out for quarters as well). They gave me specifics on exactly what my price included so there were no costly surprises to worry about. Once we set a day for my new unit to be installed, they texted with a reminder and again texted with the technician's name and that they were on the way. The team arrived and worked steadily for 4-5 hours. The air unit looks great and sturdy and works brilliantly!!! My husband I are picky and the job was neat, done precisely, and cleaned up well.
