A/C Went out last night. Called Air Now at 7:30 am this morning and had Orianny the service tech at my house in under a hr. Was a fairly simple fix and not a outrageous price when considering how quickly the issue was solved. Orianny was polite, informative, and educated me on what to do to prevent the issue again. This is the second time I have called Air Now. The last time a tech came out at 9pm and replaced the condenser fan Motor. This company really seems to get it that loosing your A/C during the summer in Florida is a big deal to say the least. Really thought I would be staying in a Hotel tonight. Very happy I am not!!
Omg! So Aaron is our regular AC man and he came today Becaue I have had this strange noise in my wall that I thought was my AC and I have had 3 different service people at my house to see what it was. Aaron told me it wasn’t my AC and he knows alotnof about houses and he thinks there’s an animal in my wall. It was a squirrel trapped in my wall. Aaron built a ramp for it to get out! He is absolutely wonderful! I am so thankful for him and I think so is the squirrel!! Thank you Aaron!!
Disappointed, to say the least. Due to our rental agreement, we have no choice but to use this vendor. Each time they have been contracted out to service the residence, they are never on time and/or never even show up to the scheduled appointment time. Their dispatching office never reaches out to inform us of their tardiness. I have to initiate the communication on when they will be at the residence. I completely understand the contracting industry and know that estimated times for each job will fluctuate. Therefore, a proactive dispatching system should reach out to the customer to inform them and provide them with the option to reschedule. However, this company does not. Instead, I have to wait two hours past my schedule 4-hour appointment window to even see a technician. Then wait for the technician to resolve the issue. Inefficient and unprofessional company.
:::Update::: I have updated the 1-star review to a 3-star review. This is due to the technician, Leo, that came to our residence. The office staff tried to have me retract my review over the phone prior to the technician’s arrival however, I do not operate that way. My review is based off my experience (4 experiences total) and not that of anyone else’s. I stand by my initial review. The problem with this company is not with the service that is provided by the technicians. The issue I have is with the ineffective communication that stems from the management and/or their dispatching system. Leo, the technician we had for this call, was professional, apologetic, and skilled at his job. I would give him a 5-star review. Yet, I do not feel the root problem is resolved. Therefore, an overal 3-star review is all I can compromise on. As noted in other reviews, this company tries to contact anyone who provides anything less than a 5-star review. I understand that this does impact a company’s current and future clientele. Yet it is imperative to provide superior service to warrant a 5-star review. The office needs to have a better system in place to contact customers of their technicians and their status. If a technician is going to be late, be proactive and contact the customer. Period. Do not make the customer contact you. This is the responsibility of the office staff personnel. No one else’s. Thank you.
From the moment I made my appointment with Carla to the time Neilsen the tech left I knew Air Now was different and perhaps at last I found a reputable air conditioning company. Could it be? Like most I have had several air condition companies who have done marginal or worse work and tried to sell me things I did not need. Air Now is different. They are very professional, arrived within the time frame promised, called on the way, cared for my unit and house and did what was necessary to fix my system. Finally my unit which was installed by another company in Nov 2011 is working as it should. Thank you Neilsen!!! I am now a loyal Air Now customer and no one else will work for me but Air Now.
Hands down the hardest working guys in the industry right now!!! Phil and Andres were exceptional. They explained to me things I did not understand. They even cleaned up behind themselves inside my home which I thought was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Any problems with your a.c. best to call Phil and Andres.
Drew came to my house tonight to resolve an ac issue I've had going on for a few days.. a bit late but made up for it with the attention to detail and his attitude.. definitely made a better impression then Nick did on Friday.
James was great! Our AC wasn’t blowing cold air, so we called in but they didn’t have anyone available to come until the next morning. James came out to us nearly in Oldsmar from Westley Chapel after his scheduled appointments to get our AC going for us so we wouldn’t have to have a hot night. Way to go above and beyond!
We had just had our vents cleaned by another company and a day later we had water leaking in our vent and in our garage. We thought that we would have to replace our entire AC unit. I called Jared from My Air Now, he told me he would be at my house in an hour and he was right on time. Jared was able to identify the mistakes that the previous company made right away and fixed in minutes and we didn't have to replace the unit. Jared was respectful, fair, honest and really knew what he was doing.
when I called them i thought it was some disorganized rude guys acting like they know everything but these two Scott and Steven were awesome when they where repairing my ac and they changed out my filters too with out me asking i had to give them a tip and they were ok with my puppy who was all over the place. they are really the only ones i trust to come back get the job done and being well mannered about it.would recommend a lot of people to take example from these two
I have a warranty company but it would not pay for this fix. My tech (Drew) done a super job fixing the problems. The payment was not as bad a I thought it would be coming out of pocket. I would recommend your company to my friends and posted it on the community site I'm on. Thank you for the excellent work.
