This is the closest distributor of Rheem and Nordyne HVAC equipment to southern Hillsborough county. Customer Service is good. They have had some turn over on the counter but it hasn't really changed the service. Which is a rare. Overall a good location. They always do their best to take care of their customers.

They sale to the public which destroys profit margins so we can stay in business...

After hours help is useless if they dont provide the person working a login to program a fan motor. So now customer gets to sit with no working ac or pay for aftermarket fan motor although this was still under warranty. Also managers email returned as undeliverable. Not a smart move Gemaire.
