After recently moving into my new home, I knew I needed some electrical assistance. James was my technician and helper Bryce was beyond professional in all aspects. I received notification when on the way, given detail information regarding work and best price for the service. I had several items installed to enhance my overall security comfort. While here, James, went beyond expectations and did a through inspection of my panel and electrical items. Truly satisfied with his performance and will be using their services again in future.

I only really write reviews when service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. I'm happy to report, the service received from Hoffman and specifically, their technician, Jason Williams, was phenomenal. I had an EV charger installed and also had some extensive troubleshooting done on some smart switches.

I'll step through the various things that prompted me to write this review:

Price: I had a competitive bid done and Hoffman was considerably less expensive than their competition. I won't mention the other company, but their quote was insultingly high. Hoffman provided a reasonable and fair quote.

Quality of Service: The job was completed successfully, the installs look great and the area was cleaned better than it was when they started.

Professionalism: The troubleshooting ended up taking way longer than anticipated. I won't say exactly how long, but Jason and his apprentice, Diego, were at my house for an entire day and then some. Despite the frustrating troubleshooting, Jason remained positive, friendly and professional. He insisted that they would finish the job successfully, and they did.

I will definitely go back to Hoffman if I have any electrical needs in the future and would encourage others to give them a shot as well.

Awesome company and employees. Showed up early, fixed the problem fast, they were even able to do some extra work I needed done at the same time. The pricing was very reasonable. Brad was great in answering all my questions and definitely an asset to your company. I definitely will be using you guys again and will be referring you to others who need quality work at a fair price.

Nick was our technician and he was such a joy to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done. He did the complete service within an hour and a half. Nick is very personable and easy to talk to. His work ethic is awesome! He only had to make 3 holes in our wall to make the wire installation. He is very knowledgeable in electricity. We are in need of some more electrical wiring to be done and we will definitely request Nick to be the service technician for our next job in the very near future. My Condo manager, Mary, hired Rolando to replace my indoor and outdoor electrical outlets that were damaged by grout concrete pour. Rolando did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Rolando to get the job done right.

Called Hoffman because we had a chandelier to replace above our stairs but had no idea how to get it done. We had a few Electricians tell us it would be too hard without scaffolding. Collin came to give us an estimate and was confident he could safely get it done. Inbetween quote and appointment date we received texts and emails letting us know who our technician was, what he looked like and when we could expect them, i loved that! He came back on our scheduled date, right on time. Him & his partner Cody were extremely professional and changed the fixture in 90 minutes. So happy we called Hoffman and got Collin & Cody as our techs! Highly recommend their services.

Johnny M is the best in the business. From quote to job completion, he was always extremely knowledgeable, transparent and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process seamless and fun. You can tell he is a master at his craft and he really cares that everything is done perfectly. I got a quote from 2 other companies and Hoffman was the middle but by far the very best. I am so glad I went with Johnny at Hoffman. I will forever request Johnny M and I will be using Hoffman for everything I do going forward.
