My 2nd brand new unit has stopped cooling and is freezing up again. Can you please get me in touch with the group that owns / manages residential Trane units in Tampa?
I have called my college friend that works for the news station 8 “On Your Side.“ I am going to file a report with the BBB as well. I am extremely disappointed in Trane, especially the residential service group in Tampa.
Again, to summarize. This is my 2nd brand new unit, after the first one was delivered; setup and stopped working 48 hours later. That unit was repaired and stopped working again. I am now on the 2nd brand new unit and it’s not working. Similar problem. All within 45 day’s.
I have a large family and not having AC is a big problem.
I keep hearing how Trane has the best equipment. At my business location we have had 4 motors that have broken/malfunctioning within a 1 year and 5 months. 4 motors! All brand new. Each time I had to get this “special” motor shipped out. The quality is severely flawed. What’s more alarming is how we have to wait for the motor to be shipped from another state leaving our clinic extremely hot. The poor quality of motors has negatively impacted our business in more ways than one. Stay away form Trane and their poorly build motors, it will save you the money, time and hassle.
The best parts warehouse out of all of them. They have a beautiful facility and layout.
Nice big clean restrooms. Break area with coffee, soda, popcorn, microwave and ice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice stocked floor with lots of tools and items needed for the trade.
Store is well layed out and clean, a good amount of parts in stock, and what's not in stock can be ordered. This is for mechanical contractors only and not open to the public
they don't deserve one star customer service is terrible, and they are constantly shipping wrong parts, then want you to pay the shipping back to them, do yourself a favor and use a different Trane supply house that knows what they are doing
