I recently had to have my entire electric box replaced. Hoffman dispatched Eric to the property. Let me tell you what, exceptional is a huge understatement when it comes to the attitude and work completed by this tech. He diagnosed what he felt needed to be done and presented options with no hard sell on any of the suggestions. When I gave approval, he had the complete job done in the same day and in a short period of time for the amount of work that had to be completed. He was very personable the entire time while on the job. When completed he took many pictures of what he'd done. The work was amazing. very clean ,neat and organized. I also work for a shop with a Service Manager that is very old school and demands this type work here. When I showed him the pictures Eric took of his work, he was also impressed and said it was nice to se there are people out there that still take pride in what they do. I couldn't agree more. So thanks again Eric for the exceptional work you did for me yesterday.

Very responsive and nice. Was very helpful and fixed my issue no problem. They send a message to you before the technician arrives with their name, a picture and a little bio which was different and very neat. Definitely adds friendliness to the company. Unfortunately my technician was not listed on the list when filling out the review, but big shout out to Richard Donnely, he was awesome!

Hector was my tech, he performed flawlessly and was courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced two dangerous Federal Pacific electrical panels, replaced a GFI receptacle and corrected a double tap in our main panel, all in one afternoon. We were very pleased and I will use Hoffman again for sure.
