Our AC broke down in the middle of the summer heat. Comfort Pro did their best to get someone out there in two days. They just didn't have the staff to come immediately, which is understandable. They fixed it quickly once they arrived and it now works great.

Thank you so much to Steven! He was amazing! We've been without A/C for 3 days after having another company out that kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. Well Steven figured out in no time flat that our A/C decibel had a problem, zero freon! I'm so very grateful for the service and the professionalism, and he spent time with us so we understood what was going on, what he was looking at and what needed to be done. The whole team from my first call to getting things wrapped up made me feel important and heard, they worked hard to get someone out here asap!

Timothy appears to be an exceptional employee. He was very polite and respectful although he has a great sense of humor. He was very attentive when listening to the problems I was having with my air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable about the air conditioner and he explained to me in such a manner that I understood what was wrong with the system. These guys are fast and professional. Our home had a blown compressor due to a mismatched system installed by another vendor. Comfort Pro arrived quickly and assessed the problem, which required a full replacement system. They quickly provided me an estimate, and once we accepted the offer they were back the next day to install our new system. The technicians were very professional and stayed late to finish so that we weren’t without air that evening. Everything works great now and is up to code. Would highly recommend their services.

My AC went out on Wednesday. I called to make an appointment and the earliest was for Friday. But Thursday they called and came out and fixed my AC and I wasn’t crying about the price of the repair bill. I’m so grateful for Comfort Pro. They are the best!!

It's a toss-up between Professionalism, Problem Resolution, and Timeliness. The team at COMFORT PRO excelled in each case. Ultimately, it came down to getting my a/c back in service after being out for well over a week. Professionalism from the first text message "with a photo" notifying me that a technician was on the way to the call to the detailed analysis of the system problems with pictures. They are fantastic in every respect; they have earned my trust and will do my regular maintenance service from now on too.
