Anthony did a great job from the other company not taking care of me when they the ac and he went over and beyond to take care of our real problems thanks for sending Anthony can't wait for my new ducts and air quality

Tim was excellent in evaluating, diagnosing, and recommending what was wrong with our cooling and what was needed for repair. He was able to secure the needed parts and have them ordered so we could be repaired by the end of the day. Luis then came in the late afternoon and installed the cooling coil unit, flushed the system, Installed Freon, and tested the temperature drop to make sure everything was done correctly with no leaks. These two men were excellent and I would highly recommend Comfort Pro!

Timothy came back three months later just to check function of our unit. It was running correctly, and he did a thorough check and found it operating perfectly! Comfort Pro does a great job!

Anthony came to do maintenance, and pointed out some flaws in my current system. He was very helpful in explaining everything, and helped me develop a solution to lower my cooling cost, and even helped me with a water heater replacement! Great service as always!

I used Comfort Pro for a winterizing check up. Comfort Pro reached out prior to the appointment to confirm the date and time, then on the day of the appointment they sent me an estimated time along with a picture of the gentlemen coming to do my service. This made my wife and I very impressed as in todays world you can never be to careful. The technician was there for a few hours working on both units and kept us informed on his anticipated end time.
Once he finished, he walked us through what he did and provided some extremely useful preventative tips as one of our units is 16 years old. This was above and beyond of his job description but I could tell he simply took pride in his work and was offering useful suggestions.
I had never previously heard of Comfort Pro and they were set up through American Home Shield, but I will use them again as they delivered exceptional service. 5 Stars *****

Anthony was incredible helpful every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and laid out all of the different options we had. He was looking out for our best interest and it showed. They stuck exactly to their timeline for the work and it all looks and works amazingly. I would highly recommend them.

Chris arrived promptly, checked and tested AC unit in attic. Then checked, tested and cleaned AC unit outside. Provided status of entire system and recommendations.

I had two other A/C companies come to my home and one didn't no what how to fix it and the other company tried sell me a new ac unit for $13,000 without looking at the problem. Rick fixed the problem after thoroughly looking into the unit. It is running again. He was honest and professional. Give him a raise or bonus or both.
