REM Air Conditioning of Tampa

I have been a customer of REM A/C for many many years. They service my A/C and Heat. Purchased new system from them. Have always been satisfied with their service. I had a couple of emergency and they were able to get on it right of way.
Their Tech/Christopher came to service my unit a couple of days ago. On time, very polite, explained what he did in a manner that I could understand.

We have used REM for the 24 years that we've lived in the house. They provide a semi-annual check-up plan to keep it running well. After 15 years we needed a new unit. Chris gave us a fair quote with a variety of finance options. Michelle answered some financing questions. They arrived promptly at 8:30 and were done by mid/late afternoon. Thank you, REM.

I was in need of someone who could clean my whole heat pump and find out why the inside temp went higher than tstat setting. I had one local co come out and sold me a new tstat but it didn't fix the problem, even the co that installed it didn't fix it, so I read reviews and checked out co, because of the incompetent service. I chose REM because of their good ratings and being a native of Tampa I knew they had been here a long time. I spoke to Kelsey when I called and she was so pleasant and helpful, I was impressed. Got me scheduled and a very nice tech,Bobby came out, unlike the others he listened and went to work to find the problem. Didn't take long to diagnose a leak in my system. He had to access the attic space where it was hot and he never complained. He worked diligently till it was finished, cleaned up and my unit was working. I will call them for any future service. REM has been serving and maintaining my air conditioning unit for several years. Always understand when I follow them around and check on what they are doing. They call me to remind me when my checkup is due. Maintenance is the key to keeping a unit longer. I just had them replace my A/C unit and did all of my duct work. The gentlemen were so polite, and their work moved so smoothly, you can tell they were definitely a team. Chris is the best; I have used REM for over 10 years now. It is so hard to find professional, reliably and honest company like REM!

On this past Friday at noon we had a problem with our AC system. We were told by the company we had a service contract with that it would be three days before the part needed would be in. I called REM and explained the situation and asked them if they had the part. Joe said they had the part and by 4 pm Noel had finished installing the new part and we had cool AC!. That is what I call customer service!
Joe was concerned with our problem and had the solution. Noel, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
This was our first time dealing with REM and now we will be using them for all our AC service.

My wife and I were in the market for a new AC. We did our due diligence and got various quotes. These current times can be difficult but that doesn’t mean you should be taken advantage of. We met with Chris from REM to get a quote. He was very thorough, professional and gave us an excellent quote. He advised us to what we needed and didn’t try to sell us unnecessary accessories. On installation day REM’s crew was scheduled for 8:30 and showed up at 8:15. They were very professional, efficient and organized. They answered any questions I had and explained the process as they were working. I would highly recommend REM. If you’re looking for a new AC give them a call.

My husband is a retired state certified building contractor and highly recommends REM. He likes the fact that their installers are employees and not subcontractors. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Chris is amazing, and as usual, went above and beyond. He is also very knowledgeable and patient while teaching us how use our new thermostat on our phones.

I have had REM install two systems at my house. One mini-split. One conventional central A/C. Both projects went off without a hitch. Great communication. And the prices were very reasonable. Ask for Chris. He will answer all your questions.
