I started using REM for maintenance and repairs on my system approx. 7 or 8 years ago after having had bad experiences with several other companies I had tried. I have been nothing but pleased and impressed with their service, and I decided that when the time comes to get a new unit installed that it would be done by them. I recently decided to get a new unit and REM were the installers. What an awesome job they did! They were punctual , professional, and efficient. What a huge difference when compared to the previous installer I had used the last time! I am very pleased with my new system! To anyone reading this review, look no further than REM to handle your HVAC needs! Thank you for the excellent installation job you performed!

We recently had our new AC system installed by REM. The system they replaced was installed by them 16 years ago. The installation crew was on time and worked as a team. They answered all my questions and made sure we knew how everything worked. REM has always been there when needed. We would highly recommend REM to anyone who wants quality worksmanship and equipment.

If you need air conditioning and heating service I highly recommend REM. I purchased a unit from them and had it installed about 4 years ago, and today Chris Parks (one of the service techs that originally installed the unit) came to provide the annual inspection. He was on time, thoroughly inspected the unit, performed all of the services they promised, and assisted with my online connection to the thermostat - he did not have to do that. I really appreciate the service at REM and again highly recommend them!

We have worked with REM for well over 10 years. We started with an emergency (a dead compressor in July omg) and went from there. They overhauled our entire AC system when it was time for replacement and actively encouraged us to get quotes and shop. We did our due diligence, and REM remained our resource. Annual maintenance is as easy as can be. The office staff is wonderful and we've had the same 2 technicians for years and years. You just don't find this kind of company these days. We highly recommend REM.

Excellent Service. They were able to come out and check my unit within hours and fix it. Chris did an excellent job explaining everything about the unit. My mother was here to meet Chris because I was in a meeting that ran late. She was so impressed by the way Chris explained everything to her in a way she could understand and physically showed her the problems with the unit. Chris was personable and very upbeat. You could tell he liked his occupation and that he had been doing it for many years. When I made it to the house he had diagnosed the problem and was working on getting my unit up and running. I became acquainted with The REM team last year when they replaced my neighbors unit and duct work. When I saw the exceptional work that they had done I knew who I would call for my unit. My unit is 26 years old and I know it's close to the end of it's life cycle and when the time comes, hopefully after the summer heat, I will be calling REM to replace my unit and duct work. By the way, when I called to set up an appointment the appointment setter/dispatcher was so patient. She was able to coordinate the times to fit my schedule (knowing I got hung up in a meeting) and have someone out for me to diagnose my AC unit within hours. Thank you again to the REM team.

We went through three different companies to receive three different bids to replace our AC unit. Chris with RemAir was very helpful and professional. His customer service was impeccable and part of the reason we gave them the job. All of the guys wore beyond professional, showed up on time, and completed it under the time we expected it to be installed. They went above and beyond and we highly recommend using them and are extremely happy.

I wish I could give REM a 10 star rating! They are the best! They installed our system in 2011 and have maintained it from that point. On a Saturday afternoon around 2 our system stopped working. I called REM and got their answering service. My reaction was I would not hear from them until Monday. Was I wrong within 10 minutes I received a call from Joe, I explained the issue and he had a service man Frank F. at our home within an hour. Frank is an amazing technician, he diagnosed the system and had it up and running within 90 minutes. Thankfully he had the part stocked on his truck. Our home was cool in time for a party we were hosing thanks to REM Air. We could not be more pleased with REM Air. When it comes time for a new system we will not interview any other companies just REM based on our experiences. They are a first class operation who under promises and over delivers.

I have been extremely happy with the service this company provides. Today's service call was no exception. I called this morning because our heating wasn't working. They were able to send someone out today. Chris Parks arrived and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the source of the problem and determine how to fix it. I needed a new thermostat and Chris made a recommendation for a great one. He took his time to walk me through setting up the app used to control the thermostat. He even made sure I knew how to use the app properly. Chris was very professional and friendly. I was once again very pleased with my REM Air experience. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend requesting Chris Parks for your service.

THOROUGH, COMPETENT, EFFICIENT, RESPECTFUL and FAIR - Words that in our opinion, describe REM Air Conditioning after the company replaced our 4 Ton AC system. REM was one of 5 estimates we received. Joe, the owner, personally provided us with an estimate the very same day we called. Joe spent over one hour diagnosing the problem and discussing options. Joe worked with us to offer a fair quote, patiently answered all of our questions and personally supervised the entire installation.

The team of 6 men prepped the area with drop cloths and transformed our garage and home into a clean and organized work space. When finished, our home not only had a new AC, but the crew thoroughly cleaned up and were tremendously respectful and professional throughout our experience. Joe and Chris went above and beyond to provide a thorough tutorial of our new system. We will undoubtedly use REM AC for our future AC service or replacement needs! Such a positive experience. I highly recommend REM Air Conditioning! They are honest, reliable and the employees are all very friendly and professional. I had a new unit installed by REM last year and I am very pleased with it. They did an awesome job with the installation and very quickly, too. Their customer service is excellent from the office personnel answering the phones to the repair guys that come to service your A/C unit.
