My Carrier system is 4 years old and recently I used Independent Air who was referred by another AC company and my handyman, when my system stopped working on a late Friday.
They came and worked on the system
Found the problem, fixed everything and were exceptional. I signed a yearly contract with them.
Knowing I needed ductwork their Representative came, went over everything and have finished the work. I now have everything done with a company I can trust. The work performed was thorough and they cleaned everything out and cleaned up after all their work.
I’m so glad I found an honest, hardworking Company. They’re family owned.

I have been a very happy Independent Air customer for quite a few years. When my AC stopped working, Independent Air sent a repairman very quickly even though it was late in the day. The company has always provided prompt service and the technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommended Independent Air to a friend, and they are also extremely pleased with their service.

I recently needed help on a Friday evening holiday weekend when my air conditioner stopped working. Independent Air quickly sent out a service technician who promptly got my AC working. This was not the first time that Independent Air quickly came to my rescue to get my AC working. You can count on Independent Air to provide professional, prompt, friendly service not matter when you need them.

My A/C went out the evening before Father’sDay. I called first thing in the morning expecting to be put off until Monday. To my surprise I was added to the schedule that day and my A/C system was up and running within a few hours. Independent Air went above and beyond my expectations. I was informed of the technician who would be coming to look at the unit and given a timeframe to expect him. He was prompt, professional and explained the issues. I feel the cost was reasonable. I was totally satisfied. I even purchased a maintenance plan. Thank you Independent Air.

Independent Air installed my unit in 2012. They come every 6 months for maintenance, and I have not had any issues with the unit itself or the service this company provides. They are trustworthy, which is so important these days. The owner, Joe is wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new unit or service on a preexisting one. Keep up the great work Independent Air!!!!!

The office staff were excellent as well as friendly and good communicators.
The service tech (Ricardo) was on time, very knowledgable and efficient. He diagnosed a problem in the system before it failed and replaced it. Ricardo answered all my questions and I have great confidence in this company and the honesty of their employees.
It's great to find a company that is trustworthy.

Love independent air conditioning. They always do a great job and are very friendly and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

We had Independent Air come and inspect our Havc system. Their tech Ernesto was very thorough. After checking the unit and the air handler he found everything was working fine but the duct tape on the joints of the ductwork was not sealing properly. He gave us a fair estimate and we had him fix it while he was here. Setting up the appointment was easy and Ernesto let us know that he was on his way. We are very satisfied with Independent Air and recommend them for all heating and air conditioning systems.

Independent Air maintains my AC system twice a year and does a thorough job. They've also been called on to troubleshoot and repair my system. All of the Independent Air techs have been very helpful and friendly. Their prices are competitive and I have high confidence in what they do. Definitely my go-to for AC service.
