Wonderful job, Earnesto showed up on time and did an amazing job on our AC. He was able to make recommendations for us and install a much better float switch that was needed for our system. Excellent workmanship, and very professional. He truly performed the cleaning and maintenance on our system as if it was his own. I highly recommend and we will be calling on Independent Air Conditioning Inc for all of our future maintenance and AC needs. Thank you

After I purchased my home a few years ago I wanted to get the AC serviced. I asked a friend who suggested Independent Air. Glad he did because Independent is a local I believe family owned reliable company. From scheduling to the tech everyone seems attentive and willing to help. I would 100% recommended to anyone. Our technician Koa did a fantastic job on the maintenance of both AC units. They are honest, reliable and are overall just great people. I have used other companies in the past and not had the same level of customer service or confidence in the work as I do with Independent Air.

Every once in a while you want to leave a review for good customer service, and this is one of those times! I was initially charged a service visit in addition to the maintenance visit, which I shouldn’t have been charged. I spoke to Joe about it and explained the situation, and he promptly took care of it!

As for the maintenance that I requested, the technician was very knowledgeable about the job and took time to explain to me exactly what he was doing. Overall I am very satisfied with this company and would definitely hire them for my future air conditioning needs!

We have been dealing with Independent Air for the past 15 years and am so fortunate for the honesty and quality of service they have provided for all of my HVAC needs. I always refer them to anyone who mentions a problem with their AC unit. Pete and Joe are truly two of the nicest people to know and make it very clear of their intent for your satisfaction with their service. I have been fortunate to have Corey as my service tech for the past couple years and praise him as well. He is personable, professional and honest and seems to fit in well with the Independent Air model of customer service.

We just had our 6 month service on 3 of our houses in Sun City Center. Ernesto was our Service Tech. Not only did he perform a complete detailed service, he was also very courteous, neat and very considerate in being in your home. Each service took minimum 2 hours which we have never experienced before. I hope Ernesto continues his career at Independent Air so we can request him every time!
