During my annual service I ordered an Ecobee thermostat that was installed quickly and the technician showed me how to set the app on my phone. Several days later I was out of town and received an alert that there was an issue with the temperature in my house, so I called and Joe had a technician at my house that afternoon who diagnosed the problem and got my old unit up and running like new. I came home from vacation to a nice cool house thanks to Joe and his excellent professional staff!

I just had my third annual service yesterday on one AC unit, my business is having its fifth annual service on three AC units today (one of which Independent Air installed), and my parents are having their second annual AC service on two AC units (one of which Independent Air installed). See the pattern? When you find a trustworthy business, you keep coming back!

Independent Air is the best. Have been using them for years. Always responsive and reasonably priced. Wouldn't call anyone else. Corey, one of their employees, is great!

Family owned business that trains good values, knowledgeable and knows how to treat customers. Have not had a bad experience yet.

Recently I had my a/c annual maintenance service. The technician, Cory was extremely professional, thorough and communicated to us his findings explicitly. He is a great representative of an exceptional company. The reason I say Independent Air is exceptional, is that when I needed to replace our system last year I had 13 other companies give me quotes. I even contacted the air conditioning association, spoke with the gentleman that writes the textbooks to confirm what another contractor told me. I learned he was incorrect, perhaps he only knew how to install one system or he earns more with an underpowered system but he kept insisting what I was being told by Independent Air was wrong. The majority of others either tried to steal me from the company that sent them out on the quote (nice) or didn't know what the heck they were talking about, yet tried to have me "sign now" to get started. I found Joe Leto to be the exception. He was thorough accessing our homes requirements and making his recommendation. He was not in the least pushy and allowed us to call him back when we were ready. The installation of our new unit went smoothly. Joe Leto and his team at Independent Air do their very best to satisfy their customers. It is a pleasure to do business with Independent Air.

They were professional, right on time I didn't have to wait around half my day and they were extremely thorough. Marlena was such a delight to speak with and set up my appointment and I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them as well.

What a pleasant experience dealing with a company that does what they say they're going to do. There were no surprises they cut me a breast of what was going on and the job was completed on time. The inspector came after the job was completed and told me they did a great job. Evan a company do what they say they're going to do is a rare commodity these days.
