Had to relate what a great company this is to all that are looking for AC repair. We initially had another company come & do an estimate, and found it unreasonably high. They also attempted to up-sell us into replacing the whole system. I found Independent Air through the BBB website. Looked good, so we called. They gave an estimate, and a time they could be there (which was the next day, compared to the other company saying 3-5 days). We agreed. The gentleman (I believe he was the owner) showed up on time, was professional, friendly, honest, thorough and efficient. I can't find enough compliments for these guys. And - they charged exactly what was quoted. This company renewed my faith that honest, reputable companies still exist. Sorry if I'm "laying it on too thick", but these guys deserve this good review and more. THE BEST in my book.

I have used Independent Air for maintenance at our rental house in Tampa for years now. I can always rely on them to remind us annually, work with contacting and scheduling with the tenant and then sending us a convenient online invoice. I have been so impressed with their customer service!

I want to say thank you to everyone I spoke with and worked with at Independent AC. I just started a new job on Monday after being out of work for 4+ months and my AC decided to go out on Sunday before my first day of work. I called in on Tuesday and they didn't have an appointment in the morning until the next Tuesday, but when I told the sweet person on the phone my AC was not working, she made some calls and said someone would come out that night after I got off work at 6:30 pm. Joe came and provided me with a quote and explained what needed to be done after I got off work. I accepted the proposal on Wednesday and they made an appointment to do the replacement on Friday morning. Reinier Perez and Ernesto Galindo came out to remove the old AC unit and install the new unit along with Pete was there with he jackhammer bright and early. I was working from home at my new job while they were doing all the hot, dirty work outside. I know I left off a couple of names, but thank you to everyone on the phones, quotes, sales, and the install team.

Great company. They came out on Memorial Day night at 10:00! We had just gotten home from time with the family to an 85 degree house. I called Joe and he had someone there in half an hour. Love this company. Ernesto and Korey are great!!!

We had another company out and they recommended that we replace our system or part of it after they cleaned it. I decided to ask a Property Manager that handles many properties and they recommended Independent Air. What a difference!! We had them out twice as they could not test the AC the way they wanted (too cold). Also, they cleaned the coils, flushed the system and declared it healthy.
The service technicians were obviously experienced and confident about their abilities. Last time I look for an AC company.

Jerry and Michelle were very prompt, courteous and respectful. I chose Independent Air on the high recommendation of a friend that used them. Being new to the area I like to use companies that someone recommends and be sure I was not disappointed. They are now my A/C company.

This Company is Fantastic. Cory the Tech explained to me what I did to clear the drain in Valencia Lakes was great and that I Must put water in the drain line after vacuuming the line, otherwise I had an air lock which would back up the water. I like their honesty and it is a learning experience for me. Also they have installed my HVAC about 4 years ago and it performs flawlessly. If your looking for your AC needs, this Company is it, bar none.

There aren't enough adjectives to describe the great service provided by Independent Air! The service was impeccable! Ernesto was so thorough, professional and knowledgeable. We have never had a better experience with A/C service. NO UP SELLING, NO GIMICKS, and pricing can't be beat. Don't waste your time and money calling those A/C companies that advertise with they're supposed maintenance, tune-up specials, they will rip you off and ultimately you are paying those advertising costs.
