We are new customers and have to tell you, this company and our tech, Cory, are aces in our book. Cory came and maintenanced our gas heater and electric a/c with efficiency. He is super and we will ask for him always (we have a yearly maintenance contract now with Independent). We have faith that this company will not try to sell us something that is not needed like so many companies working in Sun City Center. We were treated with respect from when I called for the appt. all the way thru. We are very pleased.

We have been using Independent Air for eight years now, ever since they installed a brand new Brant unit for us. We are very happy with both the unit and their service. That’s why we have stayed with them.

Independent air replaced our entire air-conditioning unit, inside and out. We like many things about them. Their promptness, the high quality of their work, and their pleasant personal service. But most of all we value their honesty; they laid out all our options, explained the advantages and disadvantages of each, and then, after answering all our questions, let us decide without any pressure.

We have had Independent Air for the two years we've owned our house in Sun City. They were able to fix all our problems when other companies refused because of lay out of system. Can't say enough about quality of company and it's workers.

The only ac company that actually took into account size of house, how many windows, and sun exposure of house when replacing ac instead of just sq footage. Does very thorough yearly maintenance. Service tech. Corey is terrific.
