Did a great job checking and cleaning the heat pump and air handler. Checked pressures and start up capacitor in heat pump and cleaned coils and flushed drain line in air handler.

I could not be more thrilled about my new heat pump installation from Independent Air Conditioning. The communication with this company is excellent. The installation went perfectly, and Jerry, Denny and Pete did a herculean job battling the 120° in the attic. Thank you guys so much.

It’s only been 24 hours since the installation, but there is a remarkable improvement from our last installation in the efficiency of cooling throughout the house. It’s almost as if your indoor climate control is quietly working in the background and you barely notice it.

INTEGRITY—HONESTY—TRUSTWORTHY

These are the words that come to mind after came back after installation to do some fine-tuning of my new air-conditioning system. I have a particularly difficult attic, so some further work was necessary to ensure humidity levels in my home were at their proper levels.

Ernesto, who is one of the technicians at Independent air conditioning spent a couple days ensuring that everything was functioning properly and to the manufacture specifications. I can’t speak more highly about Ernesto and his knowledge, skills and ability to troubleshoot problems. He is probably one of the best technicians I have ever had in my home.

As my above review states, Independent air conditioning is a company that you can fully trust for all of your environmental needs when it comes to cooling and heating. Their honesty and integrity is beyond reproach.

Ernesto was on time and located the problem, along with some improper installation issues from another contractor. These issues prohibited the unit from working in the 2 stages it was designed for. Hoping my electric bill will reflect the correction. Thanks guys.

I requested a bid for a big job. They went out to sight and made sure I received a quote a couple of days later. Very professional and curteous.

Called late in the evening for elderly parent whose AC was broken, call was picked up immediately and Independent Air fit us in the schedule quick, came and diagnosed issue and repair was fixed immediately. Have been a customer for years, will continue to be for years to come. Outstanding company whose techs are professional and courteous. DO NOT hesitate, call Ind Air if you have AC service needs.

1st time I've used them. The guy checked and cleaned the system and did a good job. I signed up for the semi annual maintenance and will use them again for the spring / summer maintenance......so far so good
