Jason came out to address an A/C system issue, found the problem and fixed it quickly in a friendly and informative way. We have been using Bart Depury for our maintenance and service issues for the past 3 years and have been very happy with the experience and the company overall.
Bart and his team were great! They quickly installed a new unit and ductwork, helping to better distribute air throughout the house. After receiving my first electric bill since the install, I am excited to say it was more than 50% lower than the previous month - and during one of the hottest months we've had! I could not be happier and would definitely recommend Bart DePury if you are looking for any HVAC services!
I am giving the company one star (updated to two stars because they refunded $100 after complaining about the high cost) because they fixed the problem with my air conditioner in a timely manner. However, to charge $480 for about one hour of labor - no parts included because it was under warranty - is highway robbery. They charged $100 just to show up and identify problem (this took 10 minutes and was not told up front about this fee), plus another $380 to fix the problem which took 30 minutes of labor. I will not recommend or contact again. I work hard for my money and to see it disappear so fast is not right.

1) I was not contacted with a diagnoses of the problem at my rental property before a fix was made. 2) I have fixed this issue myself before and it is a very easy fix. 3) This very easy fix which I could have done in 30 minutes has been broke down into 4 different services, all of which total up to over $300.
Even the diagnostic fee of $100 is outrageous but I would rather have paid it and done this simple fix myself.
Zero communication and over charging. I would advise landlords to be cautious when using them.
I have been dealing with home maintenance and service people for 67 years and I gotta tell you that I have NEVER had such a great experience as I have with Bart De Pury Air Conditioning. You talk about making a promise and taking the extra mile from the office staff to the technicians to fullfill that promise, WOW. Service technician Jim is tops in his field. Price is as good as it gets. I give a five star rating to this company because they deserve it. Heating and A/C problems are a messing business and the last thing you want is for someone to mess around with you. Call Bart De Pury Air Conditioning next time you have a problem and experience what I have with 5-Star customer service and technicians.
Service was requested in the morning, they said before 12pm the technician was going to arrive, before 2pm this person went to the wrong address in the same plaza were my business is and the technician didn’t even call to verify and left. When calling the company to ask again a time to plan the rest of my day since it was already 95 degrees inside muy business and it was a busy afternoon, the lady on the phone couldn’t give me an answer, the person was really rude over the phone and not helpful at all, but the worst part was that she actually hanged up on me.
