Every time I have to come here, I end up waiting in the van for 30 minutes or longer for them to bring out my order. If your day includes coming to this supply house, make sure you add the extra time into your schedule to compensate for the inevitable hold up you will have to deal with.

SLOOOOOOW. Only reason I'm here today is they have failed to make my delivery twice and now I have to pick it up I was first through the door and can see my equipment I prepaid for on the loading dock and it is still gonna take me an hour. People run on their own time zone and have ZERO AMBITION!

There’s ALWAYS nonsense here. The sign in process is obnoxious, the warehouse crew will have a meeting during the busiest time of the morning and make you wait an hour or more for parts pick up, fire drills at 9 am with multiple vans waiting for parts.

Great service and good wherehouse. The have a lot of equipments and parts. I am locally in Orlando but I was doining a job in Tampa and first time buyer on this supplier....and I do recommend it to all contractor in the area

Worst customer service out of all the supply houses. I go out of my way to change my customers systems from to Carrier to literally ANY other brand so I don't have to deal with this place.

Customer service -100%, this is the most arrogant people I ever meet, they take care you like animal with not respect, they are not professional, when you arrive that place all your positive day disappear, this place is the worst area ever in all Tampa Bay.

Called to see if I can deliver early, was told loads from San Antonio and Byhalia are special and can only be unloaded at appt. The person I spoke with was nice and understanding, my rating is only because I can't deliver sooner. I have wait until tomorrow.

Always curtious, and quick to help. They seem to always be open, you can always find somone there to help. The loading dock can be hard to find because they are tucked behind another company. You can tell safety and customer service is a big part of what this company is about!

Depending on who you get to help you it can be an ok experience. Most of them act like they are mad that they have to help you. Waited for almost 45 minutes to get a package unit while other people came after and left before me. Pretty sad
