Not the guys fault the original truck wasn't working so they were not on time. They went out of their way to make sure the job got done by the end of the day. Very thankful for that. when they finally arrived, they were very professional and friendly. The office never returned my many phone call messages that day. Not happy about that at all. Hope my new blown in insulation helps. Great price

Overall good experience and nice cleaning of systen. Technician misquoted price of freon for $10 a lb with actual prive being cliser to $65 a lb.

On Fri., Oct 28 Comfort Pro installed a new compressor in our air cond/heating unit. Luis, the technician assigned for the repair was so very knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and courteous. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We were very pleased with all of the employees that we interacted with at Comfort Pro from start to finish.

Service was speedy and considerate each step of the way. The appointment was almost immediate, no long wait. I also was kept informed as to when my tech would arrive so that I could leave work to arrive on time, no sitting at home all day waiting.
Tim arrived on time, was clean and professional and friendly. He checked everything out explaining what he was doing. He found the issue and repaired it quickly so I could get back to work. He made sure all was working right before he left. I just found myself a new A/C company! I highly recommend them!
