Very pleased with our decision with Fairway Heating and Cooling! We were looking to get central air put in our house but due to having a flat roof, we would have to go with mini splits. After getting 2 quotes, we had one left with this company and we were feeling discouraged. The technician came out (sorry I don’t remember his name) but he walked through what he would do, where he would place the units inside and that he could start the next day! He helped us with the financing process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went with Fairway because we felt the most comfortable and confident in their work. Our new system was up and running the next day and the crew came back on Saturday to finish the third room! Can’t say how impressed I am with the whole process. Very pleased at both the first tech that came out and the crew that installed! THANK YOU!

The Technician was very professional and took photos of what is needed and the condition of the items that needed attention and what future repairs is needed. Very honest and conducted himself very well. I am glad I chose this company I will be looking fwd to doing future business with this company offering good customer service. Michael was the person servicing us. He called before showing up and was right on time. We walked the units and he explained what he was going to do in them. After performing the inspections and maintenance, he explained, in a clear and understandable manner, the findings, and provided / explained the recommendations to address the items identified.
