They answered the phone (big deal nowadays), scheduled a technician with a four hour window. Technician showed up after 40 minutes. Adrien was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable. He got everything done and left everything clean. I would definitely use Red Cap again and would definitely want Adrien to come back.

We have used Red Cap Plumbing for years, and have always been satisfied with their service. So much so that we have never thought to look elsewhere or even comparison shop. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of having Juan Lopez as our service tech, and if I needed yet another reason to stick with Red Cap, Juan was it. He is professional, courteous, extremely thorough, and has great people skills. And if you ask a question, he makes sure he answers *your* question, not the company interpretation of your question. He is a fine technician and I hope there is a way that I can request him specifically on future service calls. Six and a half stars!

We had a new water softener installed as well as a brand new hot water heater by Red Cap. Thomas A. was our plumbing technician and he was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very professional, courteous, communicative, on time, and very thorough and careful to do the job properly and with care!
We’ve used Red Cap services several times and Thomas is by far our favorite technician…. We will definitely be using there services again in the future if we are lucky enough to be able to have Thomas be the one to do them!

I'm happy with Red Cap but you're asking me to evaluate them coming out to do an estimate. I was called by your office at 10:30 and you said the plumber would be there in 20 to 30 minutes. I was at the property by 10:50. At 11:15 I called for an update and was told he was around the corner. At 11:40 I called and said I had to move on. I saw him from my rear view mirror that he had arrived but being an hour late is not acceptable. If you are going to be late than call the client. Don't have the client call you.

Initial Post: The work and response time of the plumbers were good. There was a leak soon after re-piping was done and they responded the next day. However I had some frustration with coordinating with the City and getting my inspection done. It took two weeks of me calling to get the status and two rescheduled appointments for the work to finally be inspected. Maybe it was a perfect storm but I was very frustrated because of things that fell through the cracks. The job was partially completed on the 14th and inspection was done today 03/27/23. Next inspection will happen after they complete the job and close up the "holes". Will update this post when everything is completed.
UPDATE 04/24/23:
Here is my update. Brian (manager) has been very helpful in getting things sorted out. Apart from the issues that happened initially the team has tried very hard to make sure we are up and running and my house is back in-order. I would like to say that this is my 2nd big job with RedCap, the first one (pvc coating main line) was very smooth and went on without a hitch, so I know what happened was not the norm.
A couple of things to verify regardless of your plumbing company:
Get a breakdown of costs and date estimation.
Get clarity on what is your responsibility as a home owner.
Get that company's definition of done (does the work need to be inspected by an 3rd party, how many inspections are needed etc)
Get information on their escalation process in the even there are still problems or jobs isn't completed as described in the agreement.

Will Cunningham did a great job servicing my unit. He was on time, professional, and went above and beyond to repair the problem. He also spent some extra time explaining how to maintain the unit providing me the details I need as a new homeowner. Great job Will!!!

Our AC unit was not cooling so we contacted Red Cap for an estimate and Adonay Casanas HVAC Advisor came to our home. He explained everything from prices to the wonderful warranties Red Cap offers and he convinced us this would be a great company to get our AC unit from. The very next morning Ervin Tarushi and his assistant were outside our home to install our brand new unit. They both were very professional and in hours our unit was installed. Ervin explained everything he did how often I needed to change the filter how to use the thermostat etc. As soon as they were done Adonay called us to make sure we were happy with the job done, which we were. Our family highly recommended this wonderful company Red Cap for any air or plumbing issues.
