I’ve been in touch with Red Cap for 2 1/2 weeks now trying to get a W-2. Today third time someone said they were going to help yet, once again it’s the 1st time someone is hearing about it. It seems nothings changed at Red Cap, they still don’t have their stuff together, and the office is extremely rude diss considerate to its current and past employees. Emily on a recorded line got nothing but attitude with me and told me that her being a recruiter doesn’t have to do anything even though red cap and other companies are legally responsible for giving you your W-2. It would be nice if you could call Red Cap like I call all the other companies I’ve ever worked for in the past asked for something and they give it to you quickly and professionally.. not like I got fired from here. I quit because of this unprofessional, don’t care about anything, but making money company! Sadly I’m not suprised at all. To whom ever response to these, I know Jerry retired. Jerry was Talking about retiring when I worked there two years ago. Another example of you guys not being able to pull it together. Plenty of time to prepare for this I’m sure.

This was the second time that I used Red Cap, and should I need plumbing services in the future, I will not hesitate to call or recommend them to friends and/or co-workers. Jonathan B. was very professional, courteous, and did a fine job.

Wabbit Always

Last month we had Red Cap Plumbing come to our house to repair clogged kitchen sink. The guys were used tge snake to try to get to whatever was clogging, supposedly after like 1/2 to hour they couldnt so they suggested calling their supervisor to review. He came and suggusted water pressure blast but that it would cost a couple of thousands. Not the nees we wanted or the expensive we expected and didnt have. Either we could, they that had first had said the cost would be $29.95 since they couldnt resolve tge issue. In the end when we said we couldnt do the couple of thousands dollar cost, they said becuz they attempted to fix the issue the cost to pay them was i believe $212 after he had said it was $29.95. We paid it but was very disappointed with them. 2 weeks later we had a private company come out and they fixed the issue within 30 mins and cost less then $100. This just proved to me Red Cap just ripped us off and thank goodness it was just by a couple of hundred not a couple of thousand like they were trying to do but in the end they were not guaranting that it was going to fix they issue either.

NEVER CALLING THEM EVER AGAIN.

Had clogged drains so I called Red Cap. They came out just a few hours after I called. They were able to remove the clog, so everything works as it should. Kalen, the technician was great! Very professional and nice.

Benjamin was very nice and courteous. He asked questions to determine the root cause and decide the starting point. The issue was resolved and system is now draining again. He also suggested what could be causing it and advised it may happen again if not corrected. We would feel very comfortable having him handle any other plumbing or air problems in the future

Man, so much good to say here.

Nate Pryor was our technician, he was able to come out a day earlier than expected and did an overall excellent job. Had two sinks that weren't draining, including the kitchen sink that was particularly bad. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient all while being super friendly. We have had plumbers out for the same reason multiple times and it's always a lackluster result and price that we really weren't happy paying given the service. Now, I couldn't make the sink fill up/clog if I tried it drains so well, a first! All for a fair and reasonable price.

Give this man a raise and retain him at all costs because he sincerely is an excellent representation of your company.

Called Red Cap and they were able to send someone out same day to fix the issue. They corrected the problem and waited several minutes to ensure the water flow was good. They even checked the Clean Out valve outside to verify good water flow.

Red Cap is a rip-off scam company. I don't know how they sleep at night charging what they do. It's unreal they're allowed to operate in this manner. It's pure price gouging.

We had several small plumbing repairs needed: new water shutoff valves in the kitchen and bathroom, a new P-trap in the bathroom, and a safety overflow pipe for the water heater. The plumber that came out quoted $3,200, claiming it would take over 6 hours! Outraged, I called their office number to discuss the ludicrous price. Among the line items was $1,100 for changing out the P-trap, which is a $20 part and takes about 10 min of work! They offered to take the price down to $3,000 so obviously I didn't bite.

As the plumber was leaving he wanted to charge me an additional $250 for some "diagnostic" work that he claimed he did, though he couldn't specify what that was. We hadn't asked for anything besides the $89 service call that we agreed to when we initially called Red Cap for the appointment since we were in a jam and needed someone quickly. I told him I wasn't paying more than the $89 we agreed to on the phone and he reluctantly backed down.

Luckily we were able to locate another licensed plumber who came out that same day, did all the work in one hour and charged $425!

Save your sanity and stay away from these crooks.

Paid $59 for there TV special ac tuneup
They didn't do a thing except take pictures and tried to sell me $1500 - $2500 uv light system and oxidizer. The paper work I was sent via email all was blank like the system efficiency report and Customer check list .I feel like I paid $59 for a estimate on extra equipment which should be free. Won't use them again

Mr Pierson did an excellent job and repaired and adjusted several issues. I appreciate his being so thorough and knowledgeable. My recent service experiences with Rep Cap have been extremely satisfactory.
