Beware!! They use scare tactics and totally didn't find my problem as they didn't look in the right place. Spent $500 for nothing. You have to pay for service before they will help you. They tried to tell me i needed new pipework at a cost of $11,000!! It was a $50 fix. And they didn't do the work. Tried to call office to tell them that they did a poor job but they aren't interested in helping anyone except themselves and your wallet!!

We found this company through Home Depot and had them come out and tune up our AC. Hayden was absolutely fantastic and we signed up for a maintenance agreement. Extremely reasonable and very professional.

Our HVAC Technician, Bobby W., was very friendly and professional. He got the AC plugged in and working quickly, and even went beyond to do a check on the split to ensure that the AC was entering our house properly before he left.

Beware - Red Cap surreptitiously signed our family up a nonsense "Family Plan" wherein my card would be charged $10 a month for...what? Zero people need to have a monthly plumber subscription.

I have spoken to their office three times now over three weeks and the nonsense monthly charges have yet to be refunded.

Very impressed. I was given a window from 2-6pm. A text message confirmation appeared around 2:20pm and received a call letting me know William would arrive in 20mins if that still worked? I said of course. William arrived on time. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He repaired my hvac ( backed up water main) and gave me a few tips. Now the price for the repair was high at $265 and hard to stomach but everything else was great.

When quality and craftsmanship are important and you want the work to last so that you do not have to revisit it later these are the plumbers you want. Arsenio is great.

Austin was a great plumber for us, new kitchen remodel. He hooked up everything, got it all working perfect and fixed a plumbing leak too. He was friendly, profession and kept us updated as the day went by. I would call him again for any repair.
