Anthony was thorough, and when he figured out what needed his help he gave us 3 options and how much it would cost.
We appreciated his low key approach and gave us space to make a decision. He did explain what each part did for the whole system.
His partner Hayden who was in training will be a good worker.

Eric was awesome!! Good guy and felt like a friend discussing a/c systems. Very trustworthy and relaxed, knew his stuff, and did not pressure sales. Company moves fast to service and has really good financing options. Couldn't be more covienient and quick.

Austin Ford did a superb job as a Red Cap technician. He was reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, and articulate. He has a great personality, was empathetic to our situation, and accommodated our particular circumstances. His work ethic is professional but personable. He was clear about the problem and its solution. He listened to our questions attentively and answered our questions with insight. The work was done in a reasonable timeframe and neatly. Hopefully, we won’t need Austin’s services too often, but definitely would be pleased for him to return to service for any future plumbing problems. We were very impressed with him as well as Red Cap’s customer service.

Mr. Harter (Cody) is an AC ENGINEERING professional that is quite familiar with the competition and market safety and performance of what he recommends. Knowledgeable and up to speed with Consumer Reports and BBB recommendations.
More importantly he proved why my home needed a new unit, he talked with me about the savings in usage cost I may see and of course in addition to saving by being a Costco Executive Member.
His team of Ervin and Albert got here early and are installing my new unit right now!

It is now almost 2 hours since my unit has been installed.
It is wonderful. All my house cools evenly now, thanks to Mr Cody’s assessment of thermal-cooling requirements that he calculated. My home originally had. 2 1/2 Ton, and he recommended I get the 3 Ton. What a difference!
And as an added surprise/gift… nobody ever mentioned anything about how quietly the units purs along quietly.

Tried to charge me $500. to change two rubber washers inside of my toilet tank!
The part at Home Depot costs $9.00!
My toilet “new” costs $324.!
Because we refused the price gouge, they walked away with my $90 service fee and WE GOT NOTHING!!!! I’ve tried to contact Red Cap to question all of the above and have them explain to me the $500 EVERY TIME I am told, “someone will call me”…. HAVEN'T HEARD WORD ONE

This was the manager that showed up to inspect the damage caused by their tech falling through our ceiling, well he didn’t even want to come in the house to see the damage. He told me he would send an electrician to fix the wires that were damaged and that they will send a contractor to fix the ceiling but never heard from them again.

We had an outstanding experience using Redcap for installation of 2 AC units, ductwork and hot water tank. Jess our initial salesperson was receptive, knowledgeable and there throughout the process for any concerns or questions that arose. All employees were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough in their explanations. City inspection was done and they commented how well the job was done. We will definitely recommend Redcap and use for future needs and maintenance.

Michael and Anthony were both extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave a thorough assessment of my systems current condition and needs. Could not have asked for a better experience. Excellent job to you both!
