We purchased the unit through Costco. We were very skeptical about the pricing with Red Cap. Costco came through with their communication and we received a reasonable price from Red Cap. Logan and Cale did the install and were awesome! We appreciate Costco, Red Cap and installers. I would definitely recommend going through Costco for your AC. Costco has proven they are truly an outstanding company.

HVAC Michael Perchitti did an outstanding job servicing both of my air conditioners. He ensured that both units will be able to operate at a high level throughout the hot summer season. He is very professional and an outstanding representative for Red Cap Plumbing and air.

Wanted to give a shout out for the great service given by Red Cap Plumber/ R’Cittio Martinez. On time - friendly- job done quickly and corrected issue! Went over and beyond by pointing out some issues with my plumbing that would help me prevent future problems. Red Cap I also appreciate the texts sent out before the appointment showing me a photo of who is coming and their credentials. First time using and will not be the last! Thank you.

Thank goodness for Michael Perchitti. He was experienced and a great technician to have stumbled upon through Red Cap. I cant say as positive things about the Tampa office communication. I will ask for Mike to do the work for sure.

This was a call for service outside of normal business hours. Kevin Romero was dispatched to the call. There was a water leak suspected to be in the area where the supply line connects to the bottom of a bathroom toilet tank. The water line was then shut off. Kevin arrived within the service time window we were given. Keven turned the supply line back on to fill the tank and after several flushes he discovered the source and fixed the problem. Kevin was courteous, friendly, and totally professional. Many thanks.

I won’t take nothing away from the guys that did the work they stayed with it and got it done. They get 5 stars. The sales man did not disclose all info. And when asked a certain question about the financing he said no. Low and behold I just found out differently from my mortgage provider. Permit was applied for and still pending been 3 months and all they say is we will find out and call you back. No call back. I have to keep calling and calling and calling. Lesson learned and would never recommend them.

Mike was very informative and professional. I needed a repair and he found a way through my employer to get a discount. I appreciated him showing me why I needed the repair. Most just tell you and it's hard to understand. He took me outside to unit and hooked up equipment and explained the readings. I would recommend Mike and company.

Would have done zero stars but not an option. We reached out to Red Cap after seeing their marketing brochures in Costco (if Costco was promoting them, might be worth a look). We already had 2 other quotes but thought they might win out. The salesperson was nice enough; he literally measured every room of our house (closets too) to ensure we were getting the right equipment – that was a first. Two plus hours later he sits us down for the quote, $21,995. That’s right $22k for a 4-ton unit (no extras) and that’s WITH a 10% discount from Costco. Absolutely insane. I’m fairly confident they measure every room to make you think everyone else does it wrong because it’s typically based on your homes square footage. What's really sad is when you realize some people wouldn’t know any better and since they of course offer financing and try and make that monthly payment seem like not a big deal, well you get it. Beyond disappointing, they are willing to charge more than double - price gouging at it's finest.

Blake Stasyuk visited my house 6/24 he advise that my capacitor may need to be replaced and of mold build up around my coils due to humidity. He gave me some quotes which I knew were over inflated. I got a second opinion and was advise that my capacitor was operating in a normal range. I was able to get a UV light for $250 with install. Keep in mind I was quoted $1100 from Blake. Also, my drain line wasn't flushed. I thought this was included with the tune up. Beware of sales tactics. These companies use cheap rates to get in the door then use sales tactics to sell you more. Do your homework people. I wasted $69 with this company.
