Chris was the best. I looked elsewhere and was not happy with anyone else. Chris is the real deal. He gets the job done exactly how you would expect or he will come back and make it right. Very happy with all the work we had done. Wiring in the living room, new circuit panel, new transfer switch box and inlet for our portable generator. He was on time, hardworking, explained everything he was doing and made sure we understood everything and left our place just as clean as it was before he started. Highly recommend.

This company sets the bar with their professionalism from the tech that quoted me to the customer service that I received when I called in to set my appointment. They were straight and upfront about all costs. Eddie the technician was calm and respectful at all times and always had a smile on his face. His experience in the field showed and his expertise shined during the work he performed at my home. From the moment he arrived on site I knew I had made the right choice in who I selected to do my electrical work. His mannerisms and the way he performed his job was top notch and his explanation on his work was easy and lite enough for me to understand.

During the appointment as a customer I felt calm and at easy about the work that was being done. I did not hover over his work but I did periodically checks and Eddie did not mis a beat. He cleaned up all tools and debris with care and concern like he was cleaning his own yard and as a customer I really appreciate that.

Now the install was a bit challenging but Eddie never showed it as he worked like a cool summer breeze. For me the costumer this appointment was a home run and I hate spending money but I am glad I made the call and got the work done with your company..

Eddie also got me signed up for the membership and I am looking forward to seeing how that goes. I look forward to meeting more of your team thru my membership.

Kris arrived at my residence and was very respectful. He listened attentively to my issues and was honest upfront on what he can do to fix the problems with my electric system. He never rushed me in any way shape or form and maide me comfortable on the decisions based on the options he made available based on the information I gave him and only after he inspected the system. very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all a great person. I have NEVER had a company as responsive, prompt, and up-front with everything before. I loved everything from the initial call with Melissa, to our technician, Kii. He was on time, love the app that lets you track where they are and has their photo so you know who to expect. I could go on and on about them and the quality of the work. Hey friends, time for another review. Today, it's Home Service Heroes...yep, you've heard the jingle on the radio...Call Home Service Heroes, we'll save the day lol... Well, they lived up to their reputation. I was working on installing a WIFI pool pump timer and I just couldn't get the connection right. I'm not an electrician but I thought this was something I could do...Boy, I was dead wrong...I couldn't get power to the device and instead of risking injury, I spoke with Melissa whom connected me to technician Jason. This gentleman has over 16 years of experience. He wasn't pushy or insistent on anything. He was honest....In a day where everything is expensive, Jason pointed some concerns out that my home inspection missed and some areas to watch. Also, he was very thorough with the $79 charge. Jason told me about he could wire my WiFi pool timer but he said John, your circuit breakers box (housing separate power to the pool pump) was badly corroded and you could probably get 3-4 months but you'll need to replace it. Also, the wiring in box isn't up to code. One circuit breaker is damaged and that was to the pool pump. Jason didn't mind answering my questions as I watched. He was very informative and explained about their 9.99 per monthly subscription for members where you can get two free ac checks, one hot water heater check, full house inspection and discounts on home projects. Jason understood I was on a budget but this is something I had to get done for my family. I wouldn't be able to sleep knowing that this was a problem. The job was 1088 in total for everything repaired. Electricity is expensive but lives are priceless. I'll figure out how to pay off the credit card. Thank you Jason for being a understanding person and your knowledge is unparalleled. I love this company! Chris B. was super friendly and took his time on checking electrical wiring issues we were having. He showed us what he was doing and explained everything so well. We feel relieved! We called first thing in the morning with a concern and they were here an hour later. There was an emergency at our house and we needed an electrician asap. I googled “electricians in Tampa”, there were lots of options. We chose this company because they have 20 plus years in business and great reviews. We definitely chose the best. Kris was professional and knowledgeable. A great experience! Lewis helped us replace two bad outlets and explained what he was doing before and after the work! Also got quotes for additional work and he was happy to walk us through every step and line item. He called to ask if it was alright he arrived EARLY (!) and was done before our original appointment time! Great service and professionalism.
