I have a warranty through this company that they refuse to honor. they sent a technician out to my house two days ago because my unit that was purchased brand new through them in 2018 can't keep up with the thermostat and keeps freezing up. the technician added freon and said everything is fine so tonight the unit is frozen again and when called they said "we might can work you in on Tuesday" 5 days from now.. when my mother asked if they could come any sooner the girl on the other end hung up on her. we're currently pursuing legal action against this company as they have had to "fix" our unit 8 times in the last 3 years. wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Mike and Jason were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable at what they were doing. They were thorough and explained everything while answering all my questions. They spoke to my kids with kindness and were genuinely interested in chatting about 10 year olds interests. Seriously, these guys were awesome!!!! I’ll recommend them a million times over.

Lewis was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. He answered all my questions and provided several suggestions on how to keep our a/c unit working more efficiently. Would highly recommend

Huge thanks to Sammy. My AC unit began leaking and required a bucket to catch water. I have a home warranty and used the company they sent out and was told to keep the unit off with the fan on to for 48 hours to “dry the coils”. It got into the high 80’s during the day. Sammy came out to provide an insulation quote and inquired about the AC leaking/bucket of water. He asked if he could take a look, blew the system out, and temporarily fixed it so we could have AC for the night and came back out first thing this morning with the parts/device he needed and remedied the issue. I also appreciate the education provided, ensuring I had an understanding of what was going on and how the intervention would remedy the issue. Talk about quality service. Thank you, Sammy! I appreciate you going above and beyond.

Chris, David, and Andrew are such a go-to team! They explained everything in great detail, explained the prices, and did the work very efficiently! If you need any electrical work, these are your guys! They did an amazing job, we appreciate them so much for getting our pool set up and ready for summer!!

I called to have 4 wet rated recessed lights put under part of the Roof on house and install 2 flood lights in the rear that were non-existing. Kevin Graham the technician was there within the hour. One of the most patient, motivated, genuine nice person I’ve met in a long time. He met our expectations by a long shot. Will be using this company again.

Friendly service and knowledgeable. I called this morning to have a service tech come out. Our AC had stopped cooling over the weekend. They were able to get a technician out the same afternoon. Robert quickly found the source of our issue and was able to get the cooling restored.

Excellent service today! I called to make the appointment for 2 non-functioning electrical outlets, as well as to get quotes to add new recessed lights in my house, add additional outlets outdoors and to install a ceiling fan. Lewis was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything well. He quickly figured out the problem causing the 2 outlets to stop working (weird wiring causing them to be controlled by a GFCI in another room, which was tripped). He also cut off the extra long ground wire that was on my outdoor patio, causing an eyesore and a tripping hazard. I am thrilled that this is no longer an issue! He provided several detailed quote options for the work I need done, answered all my questions and told me I could call to discuss any time. On the scheduling side, I was offered same day or next day appointments and the office staff was very friendly. Loved that they sent me a text confirmation and I could track the technician’s arrival. First time using Home Service Heroes and I am extremely pleased! Look forward to working with them on my projects.

I called the company after hours due to no power and the smell of wires burning.They were very pleasant on the phone and came within the hour. Sasha was the tech and was highly professional and very personable. Extensive work needed to be done so they came back Saturday morning on time and Sasha and Mike worked all day non stop to complete the repairs. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely continue to use them going forward.
