Kris is now my go to electrician - he is extremely knowledgeable - professional and a pleasure to work with. He was early for the appt - had all of his needed materials and was able to "fix" issues created by the previous owners. I highly recommend him for any and all your electrical needs.

Ryan was the best! He kept working until the problem was fixed and came up with cost effective solutions which are much appreciated. Everyone is always so helpful from the minute you call you feel like you are among friends. I wouldn't use any other company!

Sam was awesome. He took time examining our unit, taking thorough pictures, and explaining in detail every finding and why it mattered. In the end, he offered us multiple options to choose from and diligently worked through the selected repair plan. We are extremely pleased with his work!

Troy came out within the hour I called to diagnose the problem with my stove electric connection. He explained the problem, solution and even updated a few extra wires. It was so great to have someone explain all the options and work so quickly to get everything back in good order. I'm referring him and this company to all my friends!

Home service heroes really did save the day! You get what you pay for and these guys are resourceful, friendly, communicative and deliver on services. I had a tough ceiling fan installation and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend! Better yet, they want to work and make things right. Try finding an average electrician who will even respond these days… these are my go to guys from now on! BTW they quote the service prior to performing and no hidden additional fees. And they warranty the work. If you value your home, it’s a one stop shop! Used their service twice now and the technicians were knowledgeable, capable and a pleasure to have around.

Lewis was great, he arrived early and showed the upmost professionalism. He gave me an estimate for some electrical and was also the bridge for getting me a quote for servicing/ replacing the HVAC as well. Great all around experience so far.

David, who repiped/relocated a new washer/ dryer unit was very professional and responsive. He addressed all my concerns and explained what he was doing without giving me the feeling that I was asking too many questions. He took his time and left my house spotless!
The company also provided me with a phone consultation with David after the initial estimate was given because I had a few more questions!
I would highly recommend and will use again!

Since moving in to my condo about 12 days ago, I lost power four times. The first three were for about a half hour but the last time, power went out at 11:00 PM and stayed out for hours. What was odd. I still had power in the light over the sink, the ceiling fan in the kitchen and one outlet in the bedroom. At 4:51 am still no power. I called Home Services Heroes, I had an appointment between 8 and 10:00 am that same day. Mike was here at 9:00 was patient while I queried neighbors as to how to find the condo on site maintenance man so Mije could examine the main panel which serviced my condo and then he replaced the master switch. Mike was pleasant, patient, and very competent. I highly recommend these “heroes”.

Troy Meeks was our technician. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our issue. We received a comprehensive report, with him taking the time (and patience) to explain everything in layman’s terms.
Not only did he make the necessary repairs with our wiring, he brought everything up to code so our home would pass an inspection.
The job was finished and everything was left neat and tidy. Troy was a personable fellow and we enjoyed having the chance to meet him. We would most definitely have back for any further needed repairs.
