I recently had to replace my hot water heater and was in a bind as I needed it done as soon as possible. I called Integrity Home Solutions and was told they would come out next day.

Stephen arrived promptly and got straight to work. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the job. He explained the process to me and answered all my questions, which gave me confidence in his work. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me they could replace the same day!

He completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I was impressed with his attention to detail and the quality of his work.

The first two photos are from Integrity cutting holes in my plenum and ductboard (1st visit). Yes, it's being held down by some black tape. And yes, they cut all 4 sides & pulled it out.

I called the next day, said this isn't the way to repair holes. So, someone else comes out and uses hardware from my attic to hold down hole (3rd photo)....which is now permanently stuck to the duct board.

All I wanted was a duct cleaning estimate which I never received.

Tried calling to speak to managers on several occasions...no response. The person I spoke to yesterday promised a call back today. Nothing.

My unit is still leaking as a result of these massive holes....

I had Damien from integrity home solutions come install a water heater for me. Our old one was dripping and clearly not well maintained. Damien was fast and professional for the new install that I supplied myself. He clearly knew what he was doing and was very skilled. Price was better than competitors in the area and that’s what earned them my business rather then me trying to diy install it myself.

Steve Thompson was our electrician today. He came in and knocked out our work quickly and with precision. He was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. I was impressed. We have had a lot of people in and out lately due to repairs and he was by far the best. Thank you Integrity Home solutions for hiring such reliable and knowledgeable electricians.

Steven, the rep who assessed the work, listened to my needs, was very professional, detailed and easy to understand.
The price was fair. I booked for the install of multiple outlets and couple ceiling fans. Appointment was 2 days later.
Rob and Victor showed up on time, was very well informed on the work needed, performed the work efficiently, were very professional, cleaned up after and were very respectful and friendly.
Rob knows his stuff and you can tell he enjoys what he does! Highly recommend! Very satisfied!

Leo,Lester,and Eduardo has done a remarkable job putting in a new electrical panel and putting in a panel to plug a generator into so far.
I was really impressed by their customer service skills and professionalism.
Really, Really, impressed by Leo taking the time to help me know how to work my electrical panel and if the power goes out the steps to hook a generator up to the other electrical panel they put in.
Plus how he took the time to listen to all the questions I had and to make sure I was happy.
If a Supervisor reads this I hope you give them a high five,bonus, and dinner for their outstanding performance and know that I will have your company do future projects for me.

He came in checked my AC unit and showed professional and very helpful and worked really hard to get my AC repaired. The guy is very good very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal very professional very pleasant and he knew his job very well. I would recommend him to anyone I gave him a five star. He was so good and so thorough and he knew exactly what he was doing and I’m very happy with his professional and his ability to take care of us. he is one special person that I have met that takes care of his customers to the extent and beyond😁😁😁😁😁

The technician who came out to do the initial installation of our new electrical service panel was very professional and courteous. Also the QC inspector that came out to check the work was very thorough and courteous as well. Both the installer and the inspector were thorough, efficient and on time. They both verified their arrivals through text and E-mail notifications. Which in my opinion is very important. This way the customer is able to schedule their day accordingly.

Jason Thompson was very polite and informative. He not only performed necessary service but showed me how to continually perform basic maintenance to avoid issues in the future. He also explained and showed me how to clean the drain line and how to keep it clean. I highly recommend him for your air conditioning needs and he represents the company very well, they should be proud of him.

I chose Integrity because of their 5 star reviews. Well now I am adding another one. Jonathan was the service technician who arrived early and solved the problem with our ac. He was professional, extremely knowledge, and talked me through my problems and how they could be fixed. Our ac is up and running and the price was reasonable. We are very happy customers and will recommend Integrity to my friends.
