Called them out to give us estimates on future work we need for a remodel. Polo was very helpful and gave us multiple options on pricing. While he was here he helped to fix an outlet that was not working. Very professional and very helpful in helping us plan out new light fixture installations and all. Highly recommend their services to all.

Florida is having record temperatures and of course my AC breaks. It was 94 degrees in my house. I called integrity hime solutions and Jake was dispatched. Jake did a great job, I did not feel pressured to purchase anything extra and he fixed my issue on the spot. He had me back up and running in about an hour and it is already much cooler in the house. Thank you, I will be calling again for future work and will recommend to others.

I want to say that John B. was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of water heaters. I only had luke warm water for a few days. I am glad that Integrity has staff like him to take care of their customers. This was the best experience and it is all thanks due to John!!! Outstanding service!!

This cost was for electrical and I did not use them yet, but Seth provided a fair quote. Professionally evaluated our need. They did install my two a/c units one year ago and they have been perfect.

We got a new AC unit from this company. We got the upgraded variable speed unit and it performed very poorly. Basically there is a lot of moisture/condensation and the unit blows too fast a forcefully. We've had them back out several times and no suitable solution other than they wanted to replace all our ducts for 10K. The old system we had work fine, so were not sure now why we need new ducts. After having other companies come out, the prevailing opinion is that we got sold a unit that is too powerful and depends on a different duct design. Now we are in the process of trying to find a company to alter our ductwork after spending 10K the wrong unit. To add insult to injury, there was lots of damage done to our existing ducts when they put the new unit in and we to not only modify our ducts, but repair the damage. Despite what has transpired, no help from this company other than we should pay 10K to get all our ducts replaced. It makes no sense because the ducts delivered good air till the old unit died and Integrity installed a new one. What it looks like is we got sold an expensive unit we did not need and they are not willing to correct the problem.

Update:

We paid another company to add to our existing duct work. The engineer explained that AC units do 2 things: 1 blow cold air out return ducts and 2: remove heat and humidity through return ducts. He said the unit Integrity sold us, blows cold air fast and doesn’t run long enough to remove all the humidity. He recommended adding more return ducts at a $3000 fee. He said the older unit was a more basic less efficient unit and worked better in our house because it ran longer. We added the additional duct work and the system works 80% better .

Polo went above and beyond, very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time, very polite and the work was done very efficiently. I would highly recommend him and this company to everyone.
