They even sent me a picture of Michael before he arrived which meant a lot. Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. Both Amber and Michael take pride in their work and gave me an amazing experience in the midst of an emergency. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would surely use them again.

Integrity did a wonderful job with a new system AC installation and fixing of a leakage in our other AC unit. They were knowledgeable and patient and quickly identified the issues and resolved them the next day. Sergio and Juan were courteous as they worked on the project while I was moving into my new house. It was chaos in the house but they never complained!

My only complaint with IHS is that on two occasions, given a 4 hour service window, the technicians arrived one hour later than the service window closed. I would use IHS again due to the quality of their work.

Problem was detected and fixed in a very honest and professional manner.
