Ernesto did a professional job as always. We request him as our AC Service Tech for his honesty and professionalism. He went thru every step to explain what was done and what needed attention. Very satisfied!

They were very responsive and called me minutes after I sent an inquiry online even though it was 7pm on a Sunday. They had a plumber out to my business first thing the next morning. Daniel was very professional and even more knowledgeable. He gave me a breakdown of my problem and offered multiple solutions. He did the job very fast and definitely knew what he was doing.

Cyle king and his partner Jason came to my mom's to do a plumbing job , cyle was awesome did a great job replacing the pipe that was leaking . His partner Jason was very helpful also . Cyle was very qualified in his knowledge of the job he was doing .definitely will recommend Integrity home solutions to other people .

Tech Was early which was great. The company notified us when he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. Very good experience with this company.

Impressed by Mason & Integrity....skilled, responsive technician; on time with all needed supplies to do the job that needed to be done. represented the company very well in appearance, attitude and presentation (I can't tell you the turn off and impression made by technician who smells of cigarette smoke or weed). these impressions made it easy to absorb the expenses (four figures) and the cost of annual agreement. Integrity is what a small business can and should be.

Seth was professional and completed the job quickly. The cost of the job was extremely reasonable since it was a weekend call. Great experience. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friend. We will be a return customer when a need arises!

Our service technician was the best! He took time look over everything, explain his findings and showed us all the plans of action.

Polo came in very personable, found the problem and immediately addressed the issue, I then wanted two ceiling fans put up in my office and sitting area, he patiently waited for my husband to go buy the fans and went right to work on getting them installed. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote that was affordable and advised me of how I could save money. I appreciate the professionalism and the work he did and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you Polo. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It too late for me as I am over 8,000 in, but if I can help make others aware of what I have been through with this company I will. I purchased my unit (full unit, inside and outside replaced) in 2020. My old until stopped working. Within the first couple of months and then 1 year later, I was calling the technicians out because the unit randomly stop working. I am calling them back today because not only did the unit stop working 2 years into a new” installment, but it also flooded my adjoining bathroom and bedroom . FIND A BETTER COMPANY. It will save you thousands in the long run.

Update:The technician came to the home and quoted me 2200 for air conditioning to be fixed plus 49 for coming out.

7/13 update. I know from the response of the company it looks like we came to a resolution, but there has been no resolution, our air conditioner is STILL broken. Does anyone know legally someone I can speak with?

Tech Mason came out after our AC stopped cooling. I had a suspicion as to the issue based on conversations with a coworker, and he confirmed the issue, offered a preventative solution I had already been advised to seek out by said coworker, and he did great work getting the AC in like-new shape. Was impressed with his knowledge and work.
