AJ was wonderful and very professional. Turns out I need a new AC unit as mine is 12 years old. He gave me a quote which was more than $15,000. I think this is much too high and I'm going to shop around a bit first.

I called because my nest thermostat gave me a message I had never seen before. The company was able to get me on the schedule today to have it looked at. Fred showed up about three hours later, and was nothing short of professional and nice. He diagnose the issue, gave me an estimate and proceeded to fix it, and my air was working again. He explained what the issue was, and what to look for, so if it happened again, my husband could potentially fix it himself, or notice the issue and call him for further assistance. I would highly recommend them it was a great experience!

Fir the first phone call through the completion of the repair by Ryan Carl, our experience has been exception. The team answering the phone are courteous and Profesional and got us scheduled quickly. Ryan came out and gave us an estimate but we weren't ready to make the repair. When we called back to complete the repair and Ryan returned and quickly got the shower repaired. Polite professional and worked quickly. We will definitely use Integrity Home Solutions again!

Tony did a great job and was very honest. We were asking to put an outlet under the sink so we could change our garbage disposal and Tony let us know the better option is how it is currently installed which is through hardwiring directly.

Their technicians are courteous and informative, all that have been used on my project. Currently they are fixing old cast iron piping in my house. There is still some work left to complete, but that is to be expected, currently waiting for inspection, then work will resume on replacing water heater as well.
One thing the call center needs to work on is following up with calls for these large projects. My main gripe was with communication in my previous first post before updating review, the service workmanship is top notch though. Once my project is complete, I will change my review to 5 stars with an updated review.
