I had Hales replace my AC. They were right on time and let me know the progress. Jason was the installer. He was very good. He was friendly and worked right through until the job was complete. I would recommend Hales for AC work.

Best service I've ever had here in Florida! Jared was extremely experienced with my old unit, made it run much better, colder, smoother, went the extra mile, they are lucky to have him, 2nd time using this company and I couldn't be more pleased. The unit they looked at stopped working the day after they came to give an estimate for a mini-split (individual room a/c). When they were here they asked to look at the rest of the system without me requesting that. I thought, how nice, but when it failed after they left, I knew they probably broke it. After reading reviews on Angi's, I saw that had happened to other people where Hale's was out at their house one day and the unit failed shortly afterwards. Someone came out from their company and said a capacitor failed that homeadvisor says cost between $9-$25, and also said the average cost for replacement in our area was between $60-$200 max - they charged us $400 for minutes of work, and proceeded to tell my husband that it was a good deal as they could have added on an after hours fee - as if the $200 extra over the max amount for that service in our area wasn't already enough. Could it have been a coincidence that the unit quit working after they were here when it was working perfectly before, perhaps - but when it happens to multiple people - watch out. I guess the lesson is to heed the negative detailed reviews before hiring anyone - even if it's just for an estimate.

Hales did a great job repairing my job and getting the permit approved after another company left it a train wreck and abandoned it. they replaced an outside metal duct cover and leveled my package unit and replaced and repaired some inside duct work. After a unforeseen problem arose later they came back and fix it without additional charges. Finally after a year we have cold air in the house like never before. Hat tip to Harold, Jason, Spencer and George for their professionalism and good work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I just moved to Florida from the state of Washington a year ago and have had to find new everything - which has been trying to say the least - and have had many not-too-pleasant experiences. Not true at all with Hale's from the first phone call talking to Judy and throughout the entire process - all have been beyond positive. Judy took the time to explain to me what their maintenance agreement was - and not being one familiar with the air conditioning end of a heat pump being from Seattle - explained all in detail what would be covered - how I would be first in line with emergencies/weekend, etc. And I thought the price was very reasonable. She was so knowledgeable, nice and patient. Then Jim came this morning to do the inspection and any maintenance and he was amazing - very knowledgeable and also very patient. I had millions of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. He was kind and respectful and it was a joy to have him in my home and working on my A/H system. He checked everything thoroughly and tweaked the system a bit so it is now more efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services!! :)

Hale’s AC is an incredibly knowledgeable and professional organization. I worked with George and Daniel who made a great recommendation for a new Lennox system.
The installation went well with George, Daniel and Harold leading the way to ensure it was done correctly. They continued to promptly respond to my calls for a few enhancements to the system and it is working great! Far surpassing my expectations!
