Hales AC

I hired Hale's to change AC in my condo unit. They were patient. On time. Charged what they quoted.. Corey went way above the call of duty as they could not locate my old unit. Thank you for all your assistance and patience. Much appreciated. Would recommend them again.

We had Hales install a new AC. The touch up a year later came around which was today and sat home from 12-4 with no call and no show. we called them at 8 at night and all they could do was say “ sorry” . What a joke.

Jim is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He is also friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend his service. I also received an email from Hale’s before Jim arrived to let me know that he was on the way with a picture of Jim. Top notch service.

Excellent and prompt service. I called the company that installed my AC originally and they still haven’t returned my call. I finally found a good and reliable company for all my future business

Got an AC service call within 1 day of request. Service tech, Collin, was excellent - personable, asked questions, found the source of 3 problems and corrected them on the same day. Would definitely use again.

We’ve been using Hale’s since we moved to pinellas county. The girls in the office, Maura and Ashley are always so professional and responsive when I call. James and Jim have both been to my house for maintenance. Both super knowledgeable, quick and friendly. Great bunch of people.

Paid for the full service of $6,200 did not complete City requirements and can not ever get in touch with anybody to get them completed. We spent three days trying to get an inspector and an air conditioning guy out there with no response from them -wasn't able to close on my house because of them . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I could not be happier with the service I have received from Hale's. I have used them the last few years for maintence and had the yearly contract. We finally decided to replace the very old unit as it no longer made sense to keep putting money in to it. Jim who would usually service our unit is wonderful! Very professional, very knowledgeable and always made sure we knew everything going on with our unit. We have had a few service calls and each time the tech was super responsive, on time and got us back up and running.
We just had the new unit and handler (which we moved from the attic) installed last week and Mike, Sal and Cliff were wonderful!! Jim even came by the first day to make sure all was well and let the team know what we had discussed when we signed the proposal. Harold the Install Manager checked in to make sure all was well and reached out to the electrician we had some hiccups with. THANK YOU to you all for your professionalism, timely work and excellent communication along the way!!
Lastly, Ashley in the office is a life saver and is always very responsive and helpful when I ran into some electrical issues along the way and anything else I would have questions on!!
