Hales AC

Well, the work they did was good but the office is impossible to reach. Just keep getting the elevator music recording. Never got a receipt for the work done or warranty info, just got emailed a survey. Definitely need to get some more help running the office. I might use them in the future if I hear back, if not I’ll go elsewhere.

Can't say enough good things about my technician today., Dakoda..an excellent representative of Hales AC company..from the courtesy phone call prior to arrival, to the knock on the door with a friendly greeting, then a thorough preventative maintenance check of my ac system..all while taking the time to explain thoroughly what he did and how I can help maintain the system from this day forward...just an awesome tech..On time courteous and progessional...highly recommend Dakoda

For those of you who like short reviews. This is the a/c company you want, they are awesome, they are pros, call them now!

For those of you who like the details. Here we go. Our a/c had a pulsing sound and stopped cooling. We turned it off and back on again. A horrible loud air pressure release sound happened so we quickly turned it off. It was October, cooler than normal, we thought, let's wait until after the holidays...haha...we barely lasted a week. Sunday afternoon I requested a quote. An hour later we got a call. Sunday evening, Bill showed up like an engineer in shinning armor. He thoroughly went over all our options and helped us make a decision. Monday 8am 2 trucks, happy guys, Spencer, Jason, Mike and Cliff, roll out and get right to work. Bill stops by to say hi and see how it's going. They moved things carefully out of their way, and worked as a team, like a fine oiled machine. I could tell they actually enjoy what they do. Then magically, we had cold air!! They cleaned up, proudly showed us their handiwork (it was beautifully done, neat, clean, tidy) and instructed us on some self maintenance, inspection, and how to use the new handy dandy smart thermostat. Bill called us again that evening to make sure all was good...we were sound asleep lol in our nice cool home. Mara called Friday to set up the inspection date. Thanks so much for a pleasant experience! If you read this far, what are you waiting for...CALL them already!

Just had a new HVAC system installed 10/7/22. It works great, is much more efficient than the old system, and has additional features! I would especially like to thank the install crew: Mike, Cliff, Jason, and Sal! They did a great job leveling the condenser unit, were flexible in allowing us extra time to paint the inside of the utility closet. VERY professional and courteous! Answered all our questions. Fully cleaned up afterwards. I HIGHLY recommend HALES AC

I've used Hale's A/C services for many years. My AC broke down on Sunday. Dakoda was out the next morning. I feared the worst $$$ but turned out to be a loose wire! Dakoda is amazing. I am so grateful. This company is fair, efficient, professional and friendly.
