I've been a Hale's customer for 4 years and they have worked on 4 different units for me. Up until recently, I would have given them 5 stars, but they have fallen off of a cliff in the past year. When maintaining a mini split system earlier this year, the tech showed up and said "I don't know much about these mini-splits" and then my system all of the sudden had a mechanical issue (which they made right, but it took 3 weeks to fix). This week, my current house has an older unit with a condensation issue. They're pushing me to buy a $15,000 system without giving me any context or other options. I spoke with a manager and he couldn't offer any guidance on what my options might be...I can't even make an educated decision, so I'm going elsewhere to fix this issue. Professionalism has gone out the window at Hale's and they'll just try and upsell you to make their lives easier (and more profitable).

I have utilized Hale's for A/C maintenance for the seven years that I've owned my condo. They have always given me timely, efficient service. This year it became apparent that I needed to replace my ageing unit so I hired them to do the job. They had a unit on hand and were able to setup installation the next day. Spencer, Jason and Mike were out early to remove the worn-out equipment and install the more efficient new gear. The air handler unit was a particular mess with its old stand and the guys did a great job in cleaning that up with a more streamlined configuration.

I would have given 5 stars but we had a little glitch with the evaporator drain line that they had to adjust. Everything works great, the guys were professional, courteous and friendly. I am pleased doing business with Hale's.

George, who gave me the quote, and Spencer and Jason, who did the install, were absolutely wonderful to work with. All are nice guys and know a lot about AC. The install quality is impeccable and I could not be happier with my Lennox Elite 16 Seer unit. It's quieter than my nearly new fridge! I'm sure it will drop my electric bills quite a bit and I feel confident that I can count on Hales if something should require attention. Overall extremely pleased with my purchase.
