Alans Air Service will be my recommended HVAC company for as long as my family and I live in the seminole area. We have called out big HVAC businesses in the past, and had no issue with them, but the cost and feeling of doing business with "local business" was not experienced. Not only was the pricing better than every company I called for the job that needed to get done, but the experience of knowing it was someone local and who is a small business owner, and has been in the industry for years was a great one. No free reviews here. Each review I have ever given is earned, especially this one considering its 90 degrees outside and the sun doesn't forgive. Highly highly recommended Alan's Air Services.

My son and I own homes next to each other in North Tampa. I first met Todd Britton when I purchased a condo on Treasure Island and needed a new AC. Todd serviced that unit until I sold the place a couple of years ago and bought a house on TI. He not only services the units in the new place but also replaced a unit that was bad when I bought the house. He also services the units in our houses in Tampa and has, over the years, replaced both units.

Todd and his team are always honest, professional and competent. Every time I have needed them over the years they have responded really quickly. And the new units they installed all came in significantly lower in price than the big box or chain AC companies, many of whom I had really terrible experiences over the years. Service call prices are reasonable and they always try to put as much of the cost as possible on warranties (which I didn't even know existed).

Support this small business and keep your money local. You will be a lot happier with the quality of the service, too.

Todd the owner came out him and his guys are nice ,polite, professional and go the extra mile. Always on time and answer any questions I have. Alan's air services is my go to company for any thing to do with ac. Even for my indoor air quality uv light.

Todd & his crew were lifesavers. When we bought a new house we hoped that the existing AC would last. Todd came out & let us know that we should expect to replace it soon. As things turned out, it crapped out within a month during a heat spell. Todd came out & got things working on a Sunday. We decided to replace the entire unit & even though the units were backordered locally, Todd found us a new unit in Texas & had it shipped priority. The install was flawless & now we are cool & calm. Thanks Todd!

Todd Britton and everyone at Alan's Air is top notch, they come soon as you call, even on Christmas Day last year. These guys come highly recommended and are the only service we use.

Alan came promptly I felt confident just looking at him I needed a compressor he installed one and I had ac 3 hours later price was reasonable only reason I did not give him a 5 he didn't wear mask
