Shouldn’t even give 1star. Our initial service call was great except the technician was way late from the window of time they gave us. We decided to go with their yearly maintenance program and our TXV valve went bad. After multiple phone calls and messages no one returned my call. When I finally got in touch with someone they said we were so busy that weekend which is expected this time of year in Florida. A simple call back would have been nice. I then asked for a refund on our 150$ maintenance plan a they told me sorry we don’t do refunds. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Terrible customer service. We called another company and within 2 days our house is cool again. Total and utter disappointment.

I had an issue with my AC and put inna request for service with my hime warrently. This company was called and i am very happy with their service. Technician James was very through. He was friendly and told me what he was doing every step of the way. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and knew what was and wasn't included with my warrenty. He showed up on time, and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

For the past several years, your company has done a maintenance service on our a.c. unit every year and we have had no complaints. The technicians were polite, professional and we were satisfied with our service.

On 11/9/2020 we contacted you by phone that our a. c. was not working. We received a call on 11/10/2020 from your receptionist who took some information, looked up our file and said that someone would be out in a few hours and told us that it would cost us $75.00 for a technician to assess the problem.
The technician that came out, looked at our unit. He informed us that we had a leak and that it was not covered under our 10 year warranty. He said he might be able to get us a new unit or he could try to repair the leak. We ask for the leak to be repaired as we do not have money to replace the unit. He supposedly plugged the leak and added freon. When he checked inside we had cool air blowing again. He told us if it iced up, to shut it down and let it thaw out. He then wrote up the repair and said "We will just call it $500.00". Needless to say we were shocked. His total time here was supposedly 90 minutes. He did not spent all that time working on our unit.
Two days later, the unit stopped working again. We called and were promised a technician in a few hours. Then we were called and told a manager would come out in an hour. When he arrived, he checked the unit and informed us that we had another leak. And "instead of throwing good money after bad he could get us a 5000.00 unit, give us a 500.00 credit for the money already spent, and put Freon in our unit so it would work until they installed the new unit."
As our a.c. unit was not repaired properly the 1st time it was serviced and is still not working, we would like a refund of our money.

I called st pete air to get a estimate of repairs needed, they sent a gentleman out to do a inspection and write a estimate, he was very kind and very professional,He explained I needed new Ductwork and that would take 6-8 hours and new plastic ductwork ,would require a crew to come out to get under the home to replace it,That will be around 6-8 hours
The crew showed up the next day,Very professional hard working guys,Two guys pulled the old ductwork out and replaced 21 feet of new ductwork,They completed the job from start to finish in 2 1/2 hours!!! Not 6-8 hours
I was quoted $1750.00 to replace the ductwork with labor being 6-8 hours
It only took 2 1/2 hours. They still charged me )1750.00
Their employees are very experienced hard working guys,Receptionist was the best, very professional and friendly
They have a awesome team of employees
The owners greed is another story
Could not recommend them only because of the pricing ($1750) for two 1/2 hours of work and 21 feet of plastic ductwork. They should be paid for their knowledge and hard work,But that’s just highway robbery !!!

I wish I read the reviews on here before making the first call.

This review is with lower stars not because of their ability to repair ACs. They indeed repaired mine. However, they left the cover loose, which caused a great deal of noise and subsequent complaints from neighbors. They sent someone out who said he tightened some screws. Shortly thereafter it started rattling again. Now, keep in mind that this was caused by the repair. They kindly sent someone out then charged me over $100 to bolt it down. The AC went off because of the weather until a couple of days ago. Again, my neighbors complained. I called them. Again, they were quick to send someone out. This time, however, there was nothing to tighten. The guy said it is just the sound it makes. OK. I can see paying for that short visit. Another $100.

No ideas or suggestions about how to quiet it were made. Does this mean I need a new one? I don’t know. For $100, I would hope for some ideas. Now I can’t use AC because it’s too loud for the people above me. The unit is above their bedroom and they keep complaining.

The other problem is that they owed me for the last visit which was needed because of an incomplete job on their part.

They are very expensive, which hurts. However, when I have to pay for something caused by a tech, then I know it is time to find another company.

I just bought a 2018 mobile home October 2021. I wanted to have a maintenance on it to make sure running properly. James arrived and very knowledgeable checked out thermostat and outside unit. I will definitely use them for future maintenance.

I purchased a new ac system from them and have had issues from the beginning. Had to spend one night in a hotel because the brand new unit stopped cooling. Then spent two nights freezing because the heat wouldn't work. Somehow the wiring to my thermostat stopped working when they replaced the unit and it took 3 calls for me to tell them it was the wiring (as if I'm the expert). I had my old unit for over 10 years and have had more issues in less than 6 months than I had in 10 years. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend them for your AC needs! My Mom had purchased a new unit from them almost 2 years ago... I called them with questions about a noise and it turned out to be a condensate pump, separate from the actual system. Bryan the GM came out on a Sunday (no charge) checked everything out and discovered that the pump was very old and needed to be replaced, which I knew from its age and the noises it was making and not draining properly which affects the working capacity of the unit. James (service manager) was amazing! Knowledgeable and patient with my questions... showed me how to maintain the new pump and some other things that were important. Brenda in the office was very professional and provided excellent customer service! Thank you all so much! Great experience!

My appointment with this company was scheduled through my home warranty company for a water leak in the ceiling that was coming from my air handler. I received confirmation texts and a phone call from this company for my appointment. There was a 2 hour appointment window. The appointment window ended and another hour had passed by. However, the Tech had not arrived, and I had not heard anything from the company. I decided to give them a call. The person that answered the call told me that the Tech was flooded in but would call around and get back to me in a few minutes. Well, it was over 2 hours later, and they still had not called me back to give me an update. At this point I contacted my warranty company and asked for them to send another provider out.

I was, however, able to determine that the drip pan was overflowing. Luckily, I have a shop vac and am able to get up into my attic relatively easily, despite having a bad back and a low roof line, to suck out the excess water. I will most likely have to continue to have to do this until someone can come out.

I understand that things come up, and appointments are delayed or need to be rescheduled. However, in this case I was lied to and ignored, which is completely unacceptable.
