Hales AC

I just had Hales AC replace my 18 yr old Trane AC with another Trane unit. I had it moved from the attic to the garage and replaced the entire duct system. Given my old house, It was a big job, and they pulled in their resources to get it done at a very fair price. James was the team lead, and he did a great job managing the project and designing the new duct system to provide a balanced, comfortable climate throughout my home. Two thumbs up! I could go on and on about all the good things they did and how pleasant they were to work with, but let me just summarize it by giving them 10 stars on a 1 through 5 star scale. My 51 year old house seems brand new now! Shout out to Logan, James, Harold, Cliff, Mike B., Mike D., Chris, Jamie, and the rest of the crew. Happy customer here.

Scott from Hale’s AC came out to do an annual system check and tune up. He found a few issues that would bring the system back into spec and run more efficiently. He made the repairs and cleaned the air handler and blower. All good! The people and Techs at Hale’s, always do a great job!!!!

Dakota serviced our AC and was so helpful and efficient. He made the whole process so easy and gave thorough explanations through the repairs. We have used Hales for years in our homes and would highly recommend.

I could not be happier with Hale's AC. I had a 17 year-old central system and wanted to replace it before it got any older. I wanted more efficiency, lower electric bills, and the peace of mind of not having to worry about replacing a broken system in a panic some day soon. My fiance had used Hale's a couple years ago to replace his house's broken A/C system with a Daiken system (which was AMAZINGLY quiet outside, btw) and had a very good experience with them. I shopped around anyway, and the prices I got were pretty similar everywhere for the new Daiken system I wanted, so I felt Hale's was reasonably priced.
Harold, their manager, came out and looked over my house in advance to make sure there would be no surprises during the installation, and they were able to schedule an installation that worked with my schedule. The crew (Spencer, Jason and Sal) came out last Wednesday, and in less than a day, they had the old system out and a new system in and working. Now we should be able to sit out back and still have a conversation with our friends while the A/C is running. The Hale's crew even gave us time to repaint the closet where the inside unit was being replaced!
They were all pleasant, competent, courteous and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all my questions, and when I questioned a minor issue that I noticed after they left, Hale's had a couple guys work it into their schedule and they managed to get by the next day and fix even that last little detail in a totally professional and courteous manner. I hope I don't need another system for 20 years now, but if I did, I would be going back to these guys with no hesitation.

I had Dakota come out from Hales A/C for my yearly system maintenance. He was highly knowledgeable and very pleasant! He was punctual and explained everything fully. Excellent experience with him.

Hired them a month ago to clean the AC system and turn it off. They did not do a very good job cleaning . dust was flying through the vents. Had to bring them back out because the AC shut off I was told that they had all the parts on the truck when I asked him to come out. on Friday afternoon and told me I'd have to wait till Monday or Tuesday because all the parts stores were closed until then. This is Florida for days with no AC it's not acceptable. The repair guy that came out was reeking of marijuana and was not very thorough in his job. Found a local guy that came right out and fix the problem immediately

This is the first time we had a service call from Dakota. He was wonderful! Extremely polite and professional and explained everything in detail. He is an asset to your organization.

I’ve used hails AC for years. I’ve always been very happy with their service. I think their prices are reasonable, and they’re always on time and very professional. Michael was the last service tech to come to my house. I found him to be a very courteous and professional young man.

Prior to coming to the house they acquired permission from my boyfriend to speak with me regarding a quote on a new unit. Appointment was made, they arrive, spend an hour with me giving me a long sales pitch, forms, flyers..only for them to get on the phone with the GM Jerry to tell me they cannot give me a price because my boyfriend was not there (they knew this in advance). Wasted my time and invaded my personal space and information. Horrible sales, communication and professionalism.
UPDATE: it has been 3 days since Hales AC posted a response that the Operations Manager would be reaching out - they have not

Hales areived on time and didn't leave until the job was finished! Friendly staff! Jarrett the sales Manger made the process easy. Mike D, Harold and Jordan stayed until the job was fully complete! HALES YEAH!
