Hales AC

Phenomenal experience! Harold, Jason, and Spencer are amazing. They were prompt, personable, very knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and so kind. I needed a new AC and didn't know the first thing about them (I was clueless). They explained everything to me (in a way I could understand) and answered all of my (dumb) questions. They were so sweet the whole time. They came to give me an estimate on Tuesday and my new AC was installed on Friday. I am so happy with my new AC! Best experience. I highly recommend Hale's AC.

We had a 2-stage Daikin installed last month, and are very satisfied with the service and quality Hale’s provided. Our technicians Mike and James showed up on time, were friendly and professional! Even when he had to run additional wires in the attic to accommodate the new thermostat he had a positive attitude and very competent. We felt assured that this company knew what they were doing, and we would be cared for throughout the installation process and any future maintenance. Thanks Hale’s! Job well done.

They were able come out the same day. I had water draining out of AC I was not sure what was wrong. They found problem and fix the problem.

I can't gush enough on what a remarkable business model Hale's engages. Jim, James & Scott, HVAC technicians, take responsibility, provide alternative options, are overly responsive (even when Hale's is closed), share empathy, practice unconditional integrity, and are incredibly knowledgeable. AND the office staff team members are professional and gracious too boot! They continue to earn my business!

Technicians Spencer, Jason, Mike D, and Mike W performed a complete system replacement and were very punctual, careful, respectful, and professional! They were all very knowledgeable and gladly addressed any concerns I had throughout the process. George was great to work with throughout the process, too. Also very knowledgable and gave us great advice. Would definitely use Hale's again!

James and Blake were very thorough with the system maintenance and answered all my questions. They also removed my old ionizer and recommended replacement options. Would recommend Hales.

Very happy with our technician Mike and that is why I gave 5 stars. However given the change in ownership and changes in policies and pricing, it is unlikely this very long term Hale customer will be using the company again.

They’ve been out to maintenance us when others tried to rip us off. James was down to earth and actually helped us without overcharging us. The office girls Ashley and Maura are great. It’s nice knowing we have a great place to call when we need assistance.
