Had scheduled maintenance with Hales AC Service for my ductless mini split system. The service technician James Sutton arrived on time, was professional, friendly, polite, and very knowledgable answering any questions I had and informing me of any items I should be aware of. He performed the maintenance check for my whole system, and made sure to thoroughly clean my filters and condensate lines for each mini split head. Once done he made sure to let me know what he performed, what he found, and double checked to ask if I had any questions which I really appreciated. Everything was right as rain. Very happy with the service James provided from Hale's and would recommend them to anyone needing a/c maintenance! Big thank you to Ashley Miller as well for handling the scheduling for my appointment!

Called into help desk via telephone number provided by Google, spoke with Austin who is incredibly rude and unfriendly. I simply wanted a quote on something and it was like pulling teeth to get a response. Very bad first impression for this company.

Emergency A/C repair on a beach rental property. Went to prepare for a renter coming in tomorrow. AC was not cooling at all. Spoke with Alex and explained our predicament. He worked us in and assigned Collin to our job. Collin was neat, courteous, friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. He checked out the air handler and the unit on the roof. He isolated the problem and performed the repair. Collin system checked the unit afterwards to confirm the repair. Collin was very personable and is an asset to your company.

Scott is very knowledgeable and courteous. He spent time inspecting my unit inside the house, and then on the roof. He identified a couple areas of concern and explained the issues and the best route to follow. He issued a written list of recommendations, which we will evaluate in the near future. Thanks Scott!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Wish I could give them 0 stars. I originally left them a 5 star review. They replaced my a/c unit in less than half the time they quoted me. MY KIDS AND I COULD HAVE DIED DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE. A few months after they put in my unit, I smelled something burning. I contacted my property manager and they had to send someone else out because Hales got bought out by someone else and they refused to honor any previous work. They cut corners and did not replace the wires properly inside of my apartment. Turns out wires melted and it would have resulted in a fire if I had kept running my unit. These people are the worst, DO NOT USE THEM!

My air conditioner has been broken for over a month and needed to be replaced entirely. My landlord always uses Hale's whenever we have issues with our A/C and they have always been fast and efficient. It should have been a 6 to 8 hour installation job, but Spencer and Jason did it in 4 hours from start to finish and I could not be more thrilled! They both were very nice guys and even cleaned up before they left. I would only recommend Hale's Air Conditioning if you ever have a problem with your A/C.They truly are the best!

Technician Jim has been servicing my system for a few years now and it runs flawlessly (for it's age). I take the maintenance agreement annually to keep up with PMs and they give you decent discounts when you do need a part.
And they don't make you sit and wait all day...appointment at 3...truck pulls up at 257. Wish other utilities were this prompt.
We're fans of Hale.

1st up, James was incredible, everything you want in a technician coming to your home. He was friendly, technically competent and thorough. Our system went down at 1st heat and James figured out the problem, and walked thru all functionality to ensure we weren't having to request another call. Great customer service, polite, respectful. We felt like we were in great hands and will look to Hales for any further repairs and eventually a replacement of our older unit. Thank you Hales for working with us right away, and for sending such solid service. Very much appreciated.

We've lived in a downtown SP condo for 5 years - we've never been able to figure out how to turn the heat on, but since the building is so well insulated, it hasn't really mattered. With a MAJOR cold snap coming we figured we should get our thermostat looked at - we fiddled with it for hours, as did neighbors. Hale's technician came out, diagnosed the problem in his truck before he even got here, pulled the device off the wall, reprogramed the thermostat to include heat with air and was done in less than 10 minutes. He then gave us a tutorial on how to operate the device and he even checked the air handler for good measure. A tad expensive, but peace of mind almost has no price tag.
