I really appreciated the professional service that I received from my technician Scott. He truly did a fantastic job in replacing my mini-split head unit. I also would like to thank Manager Blake for his outstanding customer service skills. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Hale’s A/C is top notch and can definitely be trusted for all your HVAC home comfort. Thank you!

Hale’s A/C technician showed up but did NOT perform the needed maintenance, time was spent trying to get lawn cleanup work on the side. Technician name Dakota Hammond. I’m done with Hale’s. Alerted manager who did nothing. Credit card charge will be disputed as fraud. As employee Dakota was leaving I told him condensation line was not cleaned, he said “call him & he would come do it for $20.” and he gave me his private cell phone number. When line not cleaned system shuts down. Other maintenance on system none of it done.

I have been a customer of Hales for many years, They are a little more expensive than many other AC companies but well worth the price. Whenever something goes wrong they come immediately to fix the problem. I just had a new AC unit installed by them and the 2 guys came and did a magnificent job and cleaned up everything when they were done. This company doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. They are very honest and I would recommend them to everyone who needs an AC or help with the one they have.

Have used Hale’s for all my AC issues and they are always professional, prompt and get the job done. However, the same issue happened 6 months ago and I again had to pay a large fee to get the same process done. I finally signed up to pay a monthly fee to have bi-annual inspections done as to try to avoid another large bill. Take care of your AC if you live in FL!

This was the 2nd time we have used Hale's A/C since purchasing our condo in Aug 22. This visit, Mike ran into bigger issues on earlier calls, & therefore was much later than we expected. Unfortunately, we had to call to find out this information. He knew right away what the problem was & fixed it quickly. About an hour later, a similar thing happened & we called back. Mike returned & fixed the second clogged drain, which said CAN happen. Recommended we plan to replace A/C unit before we move permanently. We highly recommend Hale's A/C for your needs.

We called with our ac out and had a new one installed in 2 days, only 1 day after we agreed to a contract and price. We have used Hale’s for 20 years, or longer, and have always had the best support.
We recommend them to anybody that aske.

Hales is a great business to deal with. Having been a part of the HVAC field for many years I have heard many tales of woes from people who were not satisfied with a company. So when it came time to replace my system I did a lot of research and chose Hales AC . It was a great decision and will strongly recommend them to anyone.

Hales AC did a great job today for us! We had another A/C company tell us that we needed to replace the main outside condenser unit at a cost of several thousand dollars. We brought in Hales A/C for a second opinion. Collin, the technician discovered that an inexpensive part was the main issue. Within a couple of hours the system was up and running for a modest fee. We were delighted. Collin also helped us with some other maintenance issues and guidance. We have switched A/C companies. Way to go Collin, and Hale AC!!!

Ultimately very happy with a new system after some installation difficulties. Hale was very responsive in resolving the issues quickly. Everyone from sales personnel to management were continually engaged.

I am disputing my Visa charge for a refund after attempting for more than one month and many attempts (phone calls and emails) to get Hales AC to complete the work I paid for.

I contracted with Hales AC to clean the ducts in my home. Coincidentally one day after they completed the work my HVAC system was being tested and the contractor showed me that vents/ducts were not cleaned. I sent photograph's and spoke with HALES operation manager who asked if I wanted a discount or to schedule completion. Obviously I did not want a discount - the duct was not cleaned. He referred me to Jeri to reschedule. Now she does not even respond. My recommendation is to stay away from HALE.
