Hale's Air Conditioning first sent out Ryan to assess what we needed for our A/C unit. He was knowledgeable, and very personable. He answered all our questions, and notified us right away about when he could return to fix our problem. The next day, he and Andres arrived. Both were courteous, professional, and worked well together. The job was completed in short order, and their work was done very cleanly.
My husband and I would definitely recommend Hale's for anyone who needs Air Conditioning work done, and we would gladly use them in the future should we need a good, reliable and professional company.

Where do I start with this company! I have been helped by multiple people within Hale’s. Our technician, Jim has been nothing but helpful and such a positive individual to deal with face to face. We had excellent installation by Spencer and Jason, and even my phone calls with Beth and Greg to get financing squared away was a very positive experience. Shortly after the unit was installed there was a problem with a part, it happens, but the way the company, and Jim has handled it, will keep me recommending this company to any that need AC questions, repair or installation. You can’t go wrong with Hale’s, what a pleasure!

Hale's have done repair work for me several times at a condo that I own but do not live in.
They have always dealt with me with the utmost integrity and fairness.
I will never use anyone else. Usually Daniel does the work and he is the best. The first time that I called, one of the owners actually came himself
on his way back to the office. It was a minor issue and he called a tech
person and resolved the problem within minutes. GREAT COMPANY! GREAT PEOPLE!

The whole Hales organization is incredible! From my initial contact with Bob and George to the gals in the office and finally the installation by Mike, James and Jason. The whole process was explained in detail from the purchase to the turning on of the unit. All paperwork was completed including the registration of all products and warranties. Everything was on time as scheduled and very professional. It was truly incredible. I’m very glad Hales did the work!

Hales provided great service! They offered a recommendation about how best to rebalance our system and provide increased cooling into a very hot room that faced west and absorbed a tremendous amount of heat. We contracted with them for the work (a new return and direct air feed into the room). There price was very reasonable and comparable to other quotes we had received. Ryan and Enrique came to our house to do the work. They were very professional, timely and thorough. They cleaned everything up because they had to cut through the ceiling for the new return. They even helped us remove an old duct that a previous owner had installed in the garage and disconnected an old thermostat that we no longer used. Ryan explained and showed us all the work they did and answered all our questions. Best of all, the room is now as cool as the rest of the house! Their solution worked. I would trust this company to do any other ac work that is needed. I highly recommend Hales for air conditioning work.

I purchased a Lennox system from Hale's through Costco. George was extremely responsive as soon as I requested a quote. There was zero pressure and his quote beat others by nearly $1k for a higher SEER unit. When I contacted him to schedule an install and gave him a date that worked for me less than a week out, I was surprised to get a nearly immediate response saying that date worked great. Spencer, Jason, and Mike arrived on time in the morning, were extremely friendly, wore masks to mitigate COVID concerns, and completed the job professionally and faster than they originally estimated. Everything about this experience was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Hale's has my business for as long as I live in the area!

We just purchased our home and wanted the A/C checked out. We noticed that Hale's was the company that previously serviced our A/C so we decided to try them. Kenny did an excellent job. He had to get on the roof of our building and took us a picture of a part that was rusty so we could actually see that part. He explained that the part was working exactly as it should, but was very rusty and wanted to show us and let us decide if we would like it replaced. Excellent service. Signed up for a yearly maintenance contract. We would recommend this company!
