Collin was very professional and knowledgeable. Showed me the defective part, hooked his meter to it showing it was bad.

Jim was terrific. He replaced a capacitor in my AC compressor. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, considerate, on time, and took the time to help me understand the mechanics which I appreciate.

Hale’s was absolutely amazing! Ashley was able to fit me in a very busy schedule when I mentioned my house being 80 degrees. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she got everything set up in a timely manner. Scott came out and inspected my entire ac system. He went above and beyond by climbing in my attic to check all duct connections. He gave advice on other things he saw that could help with our ac. He was super friendly and punctual! The installment team showed up right on time. Brandyn and Cody were very friendly and professional. They fixed my ac problem, cleaned up after themselves, and checked that everything was working before they left. They answered all of my questions whether they were relevant to the work that they were doing or not. They even helped me fix my outside ac drain line. I strongly recommend Hale’s!

I would like to recognize a great group of men who installed my new AC unit on July 11th. They are Mike, Jason, Harold and my son George. They worked extremely hard and were very pleasant and professional. The prior week Jim, Mike and Rick were at my house installing a loaner AC so that I would have air and be comfortable until my unit could be installed. These men also worked very hard .When I called I spoke to Lori and Nicole. They were very helpful, professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Hale"s AC . You won't find a more reputable company . They go above and beyond. I've been doing business with Hale's for 20 years.

We had our new unit installed five months ago by Hales. The installation was perfect and we have been very happy with the reduction on our electric bill (over $150 per month in summer). Last night our AC stopped working. After trying a few things, we called Hale’s 24 hour service at about 7 pm. We immediately received a call back from Scott the technician and he arrived at hour home within 40 minutes. It turned out we were using too heavy of filters that blocked our airflow and shut down out system. We were up and running within the hour. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Hale’s.

Wow, just wow! Scott and the entire team at Hale's Air Conditioning was so professional and just all around top-notch. We could not have asked for better service and quality. They were on-time, neat and clean and went above and beyond in getting our old dinosaur unit removed and our great new 2-stage unit installed, that will save us on electricity. They made sure to resolve issues we had with the previous vents and intakes, helping our house cool so much more evenly . They patiently answered every single question (and I had a bunch). The work was meticulous and we couldn't be happier. So glad we chose to use them and get our new unit in so that we didn't have to go through another summer worried and spending more money on the old broken down unit again. Called because AC stopped working. Checked problem shared problem and what he will do to resolve. Tried to fix unfortunately didn't work recommends new system. Called to get sales person here today which is a Saturday. Appreciate his time and honesty. Worked hard to help us!

Spencer, Jason and Mike D are the best! they installed our new AC in few hours, showed us how to use the termostat and left our garage, attic and backyard free of debris.
