I would definitely recommend Joe Cool Home Services. I have used both the Plumbing & A/C service. Everyone I dealt with has been professional and courteous from inside reps to the service techs. Their customer service is excellent. I like that they call you and text you when the service techs are on the way and include a picture of the person that will be knocking on your door. They clean up after fixing or installation of items. Within a few days of the work being done, they sent a Thank-You note and gift which I have never received from any other company. That was a great surprise, and it shows they value your business. Call Joe Cool - you will not regret it!

Our A/C unit stopped cooling. I called the company who installed our unit two years ago and they told me they couldn't come out for 4 days. I called 3 other local companies who also couldn't come out within a few days. I called Joe Cool and they immediately expressed their understanding to me and had a technician out the same day. He came in, quickly diagnosed the issue and made an appointment to fix the system tomorrow (next day). I'm so happy with their service I'm buying their maintenance package and Joe Cool will be my vendor of choice moving forward!!! Thank you Zac and thank you Joe Cool!!!

I paid over $8k for my air conditioning ducts to be replaced March 2021.
And recently had a Duke Energy Audit done and got a Fair rating on my ducts due to bent air ducts. Poor flow!
I called Joe Cool back and sent them the evaluation from Duke, and asked for a repair so I can my insulation installed.

Joe cool sent a technician out to inspect even though I have photos to prove the poor install. After answering my door he was already telling me (before looking in my attic) that any rodent activity would invalidate my warranty. I assured him immediately that I have plenty of photos from Duke Energy Audit that can prove I don’t have a rodent problem and that the Fair rating they gave me was because of I had crimped air conditioning ducts from an $8k install done less than a year ago that required immediate attention.

So he went in the attic and claimed to have repaired the ducts but when he showed me the photo of the “correction” it looked the exact same as the Duke energy photo and I told him it didn’t look corrected to me. He proceeded to review the tests he did on my airflow and sold me on having someone come out to discuss replacing my unit. And assured me they would fix the issue.

So I allowed them to send a salesman to evaluate my home and give me an estimate which was over inflated and was $11-$15k 🤦🏻‍♀️.
And that was AFTER discounts applied for the poor work they did last time.
Hard sales calls continued for the following week and come to find out they let the AC salesman go and they never paid him for the time he worked. 😳
Sean was a knowledgeable and personable salesman and he almost had me convinced to allow Joe Cool to do the work.
Now I’m extremely glad I looked into this more because I found a company that will do the work for half the price and have better reviews.

My advice- avoid this company at all costs!

Very very happy with Joe Cool. I called them at 8:30 am. Tony was to my house 45 minutes later! I almost had o WAIT! I fully expected, given the time of year, to have to wait hours for the repair, but no, and he fixed the problem quickly. And I really like my new condensation pump!

Thank you so much for making me feel so at ease, Joe Cool! Miguel and Johnny were awesome technicians and were so professional. I had to leave my home to go to an appointment while they were installing my unit, and they texted me detailed instructions on how to use my new unit and to contact them with any questions. Also shout out to Matt (Comfort advisor) and Ray (he came to check out my unit initially). You guys are great and I am excited to be working with you in the future.

Michael A. did an amazing job fixing our toilet in the master and installing two faucets upstairs. He explained everything from options to what he did to fix the problem we were having. Very professional and a super nice guy. He even showed my son some soccer moves before he left. We will be requesting him for future work for sure. I love that they text when the tech is on their way and dispatch is super nice and helpful. We are members and it has been a great experience so far. Joe Cool is a great company and we are very happy with the service.

We had a DYI mini-split installation that after 2 years, was icing up. Once I was in contact with Joe Cool Home Services they asked specific questions to better tailor the call and I was provided with multiple updates on when I could expect the service Technician and their name. They arrived the same day I called and on time. They were personable, professional and answered all my questions. Will not hesitate to recommend Joe Cool Home Services and will use again.

Jamie came out first to look at the problem I had where my main water line from the meter into the house had some seepage. He was very friendly he took some pictures and wrote up the work. The next day Jimmy came out and he is just the best. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. He made sure the repair was done right. He took the time to make sure I knew what he was doing and why he was doing it. Jimmy is my plumber from now on.

The entire team at Joe cool was awesome. The sales team were knowledgeable and honest. And the installers Dmitrii and aleksandr were fast, efficient, and informative. Highly recommended
