Harrington Air Conditioning

I have done business with Harrington A/C for 19 years and have always been pleased with their service. They are professional and offer fair prices. I recently had an A/C check done by Adam. He did a thorough job and took the time to explain everything to me and offer a better plan for future checkups with more benefits. I'm very happy to stay with Harrington A/C.

Harrington was recommended by my realtor, and I’m so glad I called them. After feeling pressured by another company to replace my HVAC unit on my first routine maintenance visit on a condo I had recently purchased, I had Harrington come out and give me a second opinion. They solved my problem for a couple of hundred dollars, rather than paying thousands of dollars for a new system. I also asked my tech to quote the interim repair that the first company gave me (only after pressuring them); the first company was $1300, and Harrington quoted $900.

Actually, the tech (Collin) did maintenance on three additional units for me that day at our new home as well. He was friendly, professional, and communicated very well about the units and my all of my options (one needed some minor stuff). Everything is now running up to snuff!

I cannot tell you how comfortable I felt working with Harrington, from start to finish. Barry who was my initial contact and Zion who scheduled my services, were also great on the phone. I would highly recommend this company for repairs, replacement and/or maintenance of your HVAC. They are competent, customer service oriented and ethical, hard to find qualities these days.

Tony and Johnny did our install and did a great job! Would highly recommend. Company did the original install almost 20 years ago and here again with a new system. Pricing is fair and they did try to repair my old unit before we were forced to upgrade. Was nice to see a company come to do a repair and have tools in their hand and not a clipboard.

I highly recommend Harrington Air. We had our air conditioning system serviced by Tanner & he was very professional & honest. It shows that he is very dedicated to his job & eager to learn new things. It was so pleasant to have someone who was personable and honest with his recommendations. Tanner gave us results of the testing he did with pictures and measurements - very detailed and much appreciated! We will continue to use Harrington Air as we are very satisfied with the service received.

I highly, highly recommend Harrington A/C! We've been loyal customers since 1993 when we bought our very first Central Air & Heat and we've been happy ever since. We keep up with our check ups, they've always been willing and able to help when we've needed them....once and at night. I want to give a huge satisfaction review after Tanner came out yesterday for our tune-up. He seems to love what he's doing, friendly and so thorough! We got the results of all the testing he did, pictures of his work and measurements. It's refreshing to have someone come out that 100% knows what he's doing and is happy doing it. He wasn't rushed, Harrington is all around a great Company and the only Company we trust with our A/C unit and all that goes with it. Thank you!

We’ve used Harrington Air for several years and have been satisfied with the service. Justin Murray the service person did a great job and is very knowledgeable. We recommend them and the only thing that is a little disappointing is the rising cost of the service charges.

Tony and Johnny are the best! They got me hooked up with a brand new unit in a short period of time. I was working from home while they were here and almost forgot they were here they were so quiet and efficient. Would definitely work with them again.

I’ve been a customer of Harrington for a long time. They are a great company proud of the quality of work they provide. My a/c unit wasn’t cooling well and both Nathan and Brian the technicians that serviced my unit were knowledgeable and professional explaining what they found as they progressed in troubleshooting the issue.
High recommend Harrington for all HVAC needs.

Harrington has installed two units plus duct work at two houses. This unit was installed from scratch ten years ago and has only had one other service call. This time, the thermostat stopped working. Harrington tried to help us over the phone to get the drain pipe UN-gunked (when they tell you to pour vinegar and water in every month, DO IT) but my husband had broken the thermostat.

Collin came today (early even) and was incredibly nice and helpful. I bought the Honeywell 8000 from them as a replacement because I think having an app I can control the thermostat with when I am out of town is right for us. I also bought the membership plan so I can relax knowing my ten year old unit will be maintained; I have let this go too long. Collin explained things well and was fast and efficient with the installation and getting the app up and running.

We are getting up there and have started outsourcing other maintenance items. I am very happy to add this to that list.

I had Harrington ac do a total installation in 2019 which was outstanding.
I had a problem with air handler last week and it was addressed by Brian who was thorough and even though had to order a part, installed a used part so I did not lose AC . (Florida heat kicking in).
Then Tanner came back to install, replace part who , also, was efficient and Knowledgeable.
